Assembly 2.5 inc. device and Set up Jumper Assemble 2.5 inc SCSI device such as CF PowerMonter II with 3mm screws from back side. Set up J5 jumper. TP is function of BUS Power. DC is function of External Power. DO NOT be on TP and DC at the same time. RST is cansel /RESET of SCSI signal. Let it be on nomally. J4 is set up SCSI ID and Terminator. DO NOT connect this card to RS-232C or Parallel port. The general 2.5 inc. HDD must need external power supply. The external power supply must have + in the center, and 2.1mm φ connector. It's power must be the regulated 5V (switching power supply type) and good enough current to drive HDD. To be depended on Model of Mac or Sampler shape, it does not fit directly. If using extention cable, be careful for trouble of short circiut or electric shock. When power is turned on, DO NOT take off this devices phisycally and set up jumpers. DO NOT remodel this card and install to wrong interface, such as RS-232C. +5V MOTOR POWER This card is suitable for converting 2.5 inc. SCSI HDD interface to 25pin SCSI connector.This card is provided as an experimental material, so you should take carefully and must read this manual with good understanding, in order to use this card correctly. This card has electric current point. Do not touch and take away devices when the electricity is turned on. If you had a defactive card, we exchange it.
