1. PRESENTATION OF MODELS
The Operating Table EOT-1800 was developed to meet the diverse needs of medical professionals to
suit their requirements. The following are all the necessary information for correct installation and use
of the product.

2.2. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The Operating Table EOT-1800, is a motorized table which can be controlled by the operator via a foot
switch. The foot switch allows various adjustable positions of the surgical table, including two predetermined
positions at the factory; to facilitate handling of the operator.
It also has a switch called "Lock" for the inter-locking of all movements driven by the foot switch, thereby
avoiding any unwanted movement during clinical procedures. It also has high seating system, tilt the backrest
and leg rest; driven by electric motor-reducer; which works oil-free and extremely quiet. Its operation allows
several configurations, including: preparation, operation of surgical patients and Trendelenburg position
(optional). The Trendelenburg position allows the back inclination of the patient head, in order to assist the
surgical procedure. It has retractable headrest and armrest adjustable to surgeon. Its inner structure is made
of carbon steel SAE 1020 with surface treatment on epoxy paint and finished with polystyrene to facilitate
cleaning. It has padded foam injected anti-deforming and coating with controlled density curvin anti-mold
with rounded corners. System uses casters 3 "and 4" with locking brake to facilitate the movement of Surgical
Table. The equipment is supplied in 127 / 220 Volts, with automatic voltage, and with settings to work
directly connected to the power grid.

2.7.2. POSITIONS FOR USING OF OPERATING TABLE
Sitting Position:
Position set for patient rest, after surgery.
Lying Position:
Position set for examinations of the patient at lying
position.
Patient Armrest:
Articulated Up and Down Movement to facilitate
positioning the patient’s arm.
Folding Headrest:
Articulated movement with adjustable height and tilt;
with anatomical padding foam injected anti-deforming.
Trendelemburg Movement (optional):
Tilting motion of the bed to assist in surgery.
Brake System:
Two Settings:
1- Brake release, lever up.
2- Brake locked, lever below.
2.7.3. COMMANDS FOR CONTROLLING THE MOVEMENT OF OPERATING TABLE
Commands for control of Operating Table EOT-1800, can be triggered by the operator through the foot
switch. It has electric controls to adjust the height of the bed, tilt the chest backrest and leg rest. It has
two positions set, in which the table returns to the programmed position to facilitate handling of the
operator. It also has a control panel at the bottom of the operating table.

The foot switch and the control panel have no protection against liquids, it cannot be regarded as being
waterproof.

It is strongly discouraged the use of equipment by persons not trained, and we are not responsible for the misuse
of it.
3. INSTALLATION
Before starting the installation of equipment, make sure there is no bad component inside the package. If this
happens, immediately contact the company to resolve the problem. Install the equipment in proper place and with
enough space, so its movements can be made freely and allowing access to all its parts. Make sure the electric
network of local tensions have 127 Volts or 220 Volts and that it supports at least 110 watts of power.
Note: The equipment has automatic voltage selector.
The equipment must be plugged into an outlet specially installed for this purpose; and grounding as Technical
Standard ABNT in place, to ensure full safety and proper operation of equipment. Do not connect Benjamins or
other devices in the same outlet where the equipment is installed. To connect the power cord into the outlet,
check that it is not pierced in places where prolonged movement of people to prevent accidental disconnection
and possible damage to the cable or power outlet. Snap the stem of the headrest into the hole on top of the back
of the backrest and turn the knob clockwise to fix lock into position.

4. SAFETY AND EFFICACY OF THE PRODUCT
Operating Table EOT-1800, was designed and developed with non-toxic materials and following the most
rigorous technical standards of quality to offer complete safety and functionality to the user. If used according to
the instructions in this Manual, the equipment will not cause any problems, and will not lose or change its physical
characteristics and dimensions.
5. TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM

Note: If the problem is not solved as described in the above table, please immediately contact the Authorized
Service.
6. PROCEDURES FOR RE USE OF THE PRODUCT
6.1 CLEANING
The equipment cleaning must be performed before and after receiving each patient. Clean the upholstery, metal
parts and the foot switch with a damp cloth and mild soap. Weakly alkaline cleaning products can be used to clean
the upholstery.
Note: Do not use any cleaner chlorine-based and / or peracetic acid!
6.2. DESINFECTION
It's the usual cleaning, plus a germicidal product or broad-spectrum disinfectant, taking special care not to leave
residues that may cause any toxic or allergic reaction on contact with the patient's body. Alcohol-base disinfectant
can be purchased on the market with many different concentrations.
Note: Other disinfectants may be used, but with the maximum values as the following table:
