Polywhite is especially formulated to combat dye migration problems on a variety of specialty
substrates, like aprons, jerseys, caps; any material with a heavy dye load.
Bright Tiger is a true bright white ink with a wide range of applications. Excellent opacity, fiber
mat down, low gloss level and good flash properties. Use as a stand alone white or an underbase.
Bright Tiger HV has the same properties as the regular Tiger, only it’s thicker, to provide a
heavier deposit of ink for increased opacity.
White Buffalo is an extremely bright white ink with excellent opacity, fiber mat down, low gloss
level, & fast flash. Use as a stand alone white or underbase.
Quick White is a new premium ink great as an underbase or as a highlight white. Fast flashing
with low tack and excellent fiber mat down, leaving a smooth printing surface. High brightness
and a matte finish. Use on 100% cotton or cotton/poly blends.
Xtreme White is smooth and creamy; it flashes fast and prints through fine mesh counts.
Use as a first down underbase with flash, or as a stand alone white. Good bleed resistance.
Wilflex Genesis Super Ink
Optimum opacity is achieved with GNS Super Series High Opacity Plastisol inks.
Use same printing parameters as regular Genesis.

mixing inks produce soft-hand inks for high production wet-on-wet printing. Colors

The Fine Print: PMS colors are designed for the offset printing industry and for inks
to be printed on paper. The system is applied to plastisol inks and comes very
close to matching PMS colors. However, since plastisol ink is basically different
from offset ink, an exact PMS color match cannot be guaranteed in any plastisol ink
matching system.
Wilflex Heat Transfer Plastisol Ink
Transflex Series semi-opaque heat transfer ink for soft-feel, hot-split transfers on white or
pastel substrates. Transflex soft inks can also be used for conventional cold-peel transfers.
For High-Opacity transfers use Transflex Super. For hot-split transfers peel immediately. For
cold-peel wait 10-15 seconds before peeling.

The pot life of sensitized emulsions is 4-6 weeks. The shelf life of a coated screen,
properly stored is up to four weeks for Diazo and Dual-Cure emulsions and 6 months
for Pure Photopolymer emulsions. Moisture impairs the photosensitivity of

with 60 being softer and 90 harder. Softer squeegees deliver more ink and harder squeegees deliver less ink

After the print stroke, Flashback slides its thin quartz element in
between the garment and the screen. The printed image is instantly flash
cured and then cooled. A heat reflector focuses the heat on the garment
while protecting the screen. This is combined with built-in Turbo Air Fans
to keep the screen and ink cool. There are 5 sizes of flashback available to
fit all Workhorse machines, from Freedom to the Javelin.
