American Bio-Compatible Health Systems, Inc. offers five methods of creating personal income with the Freedom Spring
System line of products. An individual or company may chose one or all of the methods that fit best with their abilities and
needs. Each type of sales venue has different procedures and requirements.
First, let’s briefly define each venue. Details of each program will follow.
1. Online Affiliate Program
You may place a link or banner (graphic or product) on your website. When someone comes from your website
and purchases from our shopping cart, you will earn a percentage of that sale. You also have another opportunity
to increase your affiliate income by finding other people to join our Online Affiliate Program. You will earn a
percentage of their affiliate commission. All commissions are calculated automatically through our shopping
cart system and paid monthly.
2. Online Store Distributor
You currently have an online store and would like to place all or some of our Freedom Spring Products into your
own product line or catalogue. You may either carry inventory in your warehouse or you may request dropshipping to your customer. The Freedom Spring product will be available to you at our current wholesale
prices.
3. Physical Store Distributor
You currently have a physical location (retail store, gym or medical or health practice) where you will be
displaying the Freedom Spring System and selling products in a retail environment. You may carry inventory
or request drop-shipping to your customer. The Freedom Spring product line will be available to you at current
wholesale prices.
4. Independent Distributor of Freedom Spring Products
If you are a great salesperson and would like to sell the Freedom Spring line of products through personal
contact, advertising, expos, etc., to gyms, nursing homes, friends, relatives, etc., then you may become an
Independent Distributor. After your purchase of your Freedom Spring System at the retail price, you may
purchase our products at the current wholesale prices. You may also have the option of using our credit card
processing service for a fee. You may decide to carry inventory or request drop-shipping to your customer.
5. Freedom Spring Products Representative
You are an experienced salesperson and enjoy talking to people about health or fitness. You visit chiropractors,
gyms, health food or fitness stores, etc. and sign them up to sell The Freedom Spring System at their location.
You will make a profit on the retail sale of their first system. When your client calls you or our office to place
an order for their own sales or inventory, you will earn a percentage of every sale. This is an excellent way of
earning a residual income.
Now, the details….
1. Online Affiliate Program
a. EARNINGS
As an Online Affiliate Partner, you will earn 15% commission from any sale of Freedom Spring Systems
(Exercise Equipment only, including Package Deals) that originates from an affiliate link from your website to
our shopping cart. All other sales that are non-equipment items (Dr. Rota’s Recommendations, supplements,
literature, etc.) will earn a 10% commission.
Example: Your customer bought a standard Freedom Spring System and One Canister of Miracle Greens.
Your commission is calculated as follows:
Freedom Spring System:
One Canister Miracle Greens:
Your Total Commission:
15% of $449.95 = $67.49
10% of $36.95 = $ 3.70

As an Affiliate Partner, you have the opportunity to earn commission by finding other Affiliate Partners.
When a customer makes a purchase in our shopping cart, and that customer came from a link from one of your
Affiliate Partners, you will earn 20% of their commission.
Example: Your Affiliate Partner’s customer bought a standard Freedom Spring System and One Canister of
Miracle Greens. Your Affiliate Partner’s commission is calculated as follows:
Freedom Spring System:
15% of $449.95 = $67.49
One Canister Miracle Greens:
10% of $36.95 = $ 3.70
Your Affiliate Partner’s Total Commission:
$71.19
YOUR TOTAL COMMISSION (20% of $71.19):
$14.24
b. AFFILIATE ADMINISTRATION AREA
After you register as an Affiliate Partner, you will have access to the Affiliate administration panel to manage
your Freedom Spring Online Affiliate Partner Program. In this panel, you will be able to see your current
statistics and choose from a selection of links and banners to put on your website or emails.

Upon registration, you will receive a PDF file of a User’s Manual for the Affiliate Administrative Area.
c. BANNERS AND LINKS
In the Affiliate Administrative Area, you will have a selection of links, product banners and graphic banners
from which to chose. The HTML code will be given for each banner or link that will also have the code to tell
our shopping cart software from where the customer came. Let us know if you have any ideas for more
banners or links. For links, you may change the wording of the links as you paste in the HTML code. Let us
know if you need help with any code issues.
d. PAYMENT OF COMMISSIONS
Commissions over $50 will be paid on a monthly basis. You will be paid by check via US Mail, or you may
request funds to be transferred to a Paypal account. Please read our Terms of Service for further explanation.

2. Online Store Distributor
a. INVENTORY AND SHIPPING
As an internet merchant, you may carry our product in your online catalogue of items. You have the option of
carrying inventory in your warehouse or request drop-shipping directly to your customer. If inventory is to be
carried at your facility, shipping costs are the responsibility of the merchant. Shipping arrangement requests
may be made to us, and costs will be added to the order total.
Drop-shipping is available upon request. If we ship directly to your customer, we will add $44.95 per Freedom
Spring System to your invoice for Continental US orders. You may pass that charge along to your customer.
Please see our detailed shipping price list for various products. The customer will receive a packing list that
reflects your company’s name and contact information.
b. PRICING – WHOLESALE AND RETAIL
You may set your own prices for The Freedom Spring Products; however, you will be required to follow our
MAP (Minimum Advertised Pricing) guidelines. You may purchase Freedom Spring Products at current wholesale
prices. Payment for product must be received before shipping to you or the customer. We recommend
submitting a credit card to be kept on file for inventory orders for processing of your purchase order. Or you
may order product in our shopping cart. Register as a “Wholesale” Member in our Shopping Cart area, then
you may order product online at wholesale prices. All online orders are carefully reviewed before actual
payment processing. Qualified Merchants making consistent orders will be considered for payment terms.
c. IMAGES, LOGOS AND TEXT
Upon request, we will supply images, logos, product descriptions for use in your online store. Please let us
know if you would like any particular product shots or customized descriptions.
d. AGREEMENTS

3. Physical Store Distributor

in your store or office. You have the option of carrying inventory in your location or request drop-shipping
directly to your customer. If inventory is to be carried at your facility, shipping costs are the responsibility of the
merchant. Product is also available for local pickup in Simi Valley, CA. Limited product pickup is available in
Westwood, CA. Call us for an appointment for product pickup. Shipping arrangement requests may be made
to us, and costs will be added to the order total.

and other POS supplies from us for a reasonable cost.

4. Independent Distributor
a. INVENTORY AND SHIPPING
If you are a great salesperson or fitness or medical professional, you may sell our product to consumers in the
general public or in your store or office or at trade shows or expos. You have the option of carrying inventory
or request drop-shipping directly to your customer. If inventory is to be carried, shipping costs are the
responsibility of the merchant. Shipping arrangement requests may be made to us, and costs will be added to
the order total. Product is also available for local pickup in Simi Valley, CA. Limited product pickup is available

c. MERCHANT ACCOUNT USE
If you don’t have your own method of accepting credit card payments from your customers, you may use our
merchant account for a small fee. When you take the order from the customer, fill out the credit card processing
information section of the sales receipt. Call in, mail or fax the sales receipt to our office. You may also
process the order online with the customer. We will mail you a check for the difference between the retail price
and wholesale price. The fee for use of our Merchant Account is 5% of the entire amount charged.
d. DISPLAY, IMAGES, LOGOS AND TEXT
We suggest that you purchase a Freedom Spring System for display and/or demonstration. Independent
Distributors with the ability to demonstrate the Freedom Spring System will be listed on our website as a local
representative that customers may contact for trying the product. Upon request, we will supply images, logos,
product descriptions for use in advertising. Please let us know if you would like any particular product shots or
customized descriptions. You may also purchase brochures and other POS supplies from us for a reasonable
cost.
e. AGREEMENTS

5. Freedom Spring Products Representative
If you are an experienced salesperson and you enjoy the health or fitness field, you may set up Independent
Distributorships or “Accounts” with chiropractors, doctors, health food stores, gyms and fitness centers, etc.
You may also act as in Independent Distributor and sell our product to consumers in the general public or at
trade shows or expos.
As a Freedom Spring Products Representative, as an example, you set up a chiropractor as an Independent
Distributor to sell Freedom Spring Systems to his patients. The doctor will become your “Account.” The
system that the doctor purchases for treatment and/or demonstration in his office will be purchased at full retail
price. As a Freedom Spring Products Representative, you will earn the full profit as commission. ($449.95
retail - $249.95 wholesale = $200.00 Profit). Then when the doctor places orders through you or our office, you
will earn a 10% commission from every order he places for product.
Example: Your “Account” customer first buys their personal Freedom Spring System for demonstration. Then
later that month, they place an order for Three Standard Freedom Spring Systems to sell to their patients. Your
monthly commission for that Account is calculated as follows:
First Freedom Spring System:
Doctor’s Order of Three Systems: (3 x $249.95 = $749.85)
YOUR TOTAL COMMISSION:
$449.95 - $249.95 = $200.00
10% of $749.85 = $75.00
$275.00
Now, that is just one doctor. If you set up 10 doctors, 20 doctors, 100 Independent Distributors … do the
math.
a. INVENTORY AND SHIPPING
As a Freedom Spring Products Representative, you will only need to purchase your Demonstration Kit, which
will include the Folding model of the Freedom Spring System, a carrying case and promotional and sales
materials, which will be made available to you at a special price. You will not need to carry inventory, as you
will take orders from your accounts, and we will ship directly to them or you for delivery. Your Accounts will pay
the shipping charges. We will also provide credit card processing services at no additional charge for our
Freedom Spring Products Representatives.
If you also decide to act as an Independent Distributor, you have the option of carrying inventory or
request drop-shipping directly to your retail customer. If inventory is to be carried, shipping costs are the
responsibility of the Independent Distributor. Shipping arrangement requests may be made to us, and costs
will be added to the order total. Product is also available for local pickup in Simi Valley, CA. Limited product

prices. Payment for product must be received before shipping to you or the customer. We recommend
submitting a credit card to be kept on file for inventory orders. Or you may order product in our shopping cart
online. Register as a “Wholesale” Member in our Shopping Cart area, then you may order product online at
wholesale prices. All online orders are carefully reviewed before actual payment processing. For consumer
retail sales in which you are acting as an Independent Distributor, our credit card processing service is available
for a fee of 5% of the total sale.
c. DISPLAY, IMAGES, LOGOS AND TEXT
We suggest that you purchase a Freedom Spring System for display and/or demonstration. Freedom Spring
Product Representatives and Independent Distributors with the ability to demonstrate the Freedom Spring
System will be listed on our website as a local representative that customers may contact for demonstration
and purchase of the product. Upon request, we will supply images, logos, product descriptions for use in
advertising. Please let us know if you would like any particular product shots or customized descriptions. You
may also purchase brochures and other POS supplies from us for a reasonable cost.
