VEHICLE, CONNECT THE CHASSIS GROUND LUG TO THE CHASSIS OF THE
VEHICLE. IN A BOAT, CONNECT TO THE BOAT’S GROUD SYSTEM. IN A FIXED
LOCATION, CONNECT TO EARTH.
