machine is not modified and/or used for any application other than that for which it was designed. If you

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Custom wood crib holds your firewood in a neat stack and helps organize your woodpile! Make it any
length you like with two 2 x 4s (not included). Moisture resistant baked-on finish. Rack helps keep wood
dry and termite-free. Rack ends are 13in. W x 44in.H.

Keep the work area clean and dry. Damp or wet work areas can result in injury.
Keep children away from work area. Do not allow children to handle this product.
Always wear ANSI-approved safety glasses and heavy-duty work gloves during
assembly and use. Do not wear loose clothing or jewelry which can get caught in moving
parts.

Store idle equipment. When not in use, tools and equipment should be stored in a dry location
to inhibit rust. Always lock up tools and equipment, and keep out of reach of children.

Use the right tool for the job. Do not attempt to force small equipment to do the work of larger
industrial equipment. There are certain applications for which this equipment was designed. It
will do the job better and more safely at the capacity for which it was intended. Do not modify
this equipment, and do not use this equipment for a purpose for which it was not intended.
•
Check for damaged parts. Before using this product, carefully check that it will operate
properly and perform its intended function. Check for damaged parts and any other conditions
that may affect the operation of this product. Replace damaged or worn parts immediately.
•
Do not overreach. Keep proper footing and balance at all times to prevent tripping, falling,
back injury, etc.
•
DO NOT use the equipment when tired or under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or
medication. A moment of inattention while operating this equipment may result in serious
personal injury.

GUIDE TO SAFETY OPERATION
WARNING: The warnings, cautions, and instructions discussed in this instruction manual
cannot cover all possible conditions or situations that could occur. It must be understood by the
operator that common sense and caution are factors which cannot be built into this product, but must
be supplied by the operator.
To ensure safe and efficient operation, it is essential to read and follow each of these warnings and
precautions.
(1) Use the crib only on flat surfaces. The crib may tip over if uses on an unstable surface.
(2) It is recommended for use on a hard surface such as a concrete patio or gravel.
(3) Use CAUTION when erecting the frame with 2” x 4” ‘s. Use safety goggles during installation.
(4) Close attention must be paid to fire safety regulations, occupational safety aspects and convenience
when planning the storage of firewood.
(5) Choose the location of the crib carefully. Keep away from electrical wires.
(6) DO NOT smoke or use open flame devices in or around the crib.
(7) DO NOT over stack wood. DO NOT stack wood beyond the height of the end pipes.
(8) DO NOT drop or slam wood onto the wood crib.
(9) DO NOT move the crib once wood has been loaded.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Insert two 2” x 4” boards through the horizontal slots in the crib to form the base. See Fig. 1.

NOTE:
①. Do not place the crib ends all the way to the end of the boards. They fit loosely to accommodate
variance in the boards, and can slide off. Always extend the 2” x 4” boards minimum of 2” beyond the side
frames.
②. If your wood is longer than 13”, place the crib far enough away from the wall so your log length can be
stacked centered across the boards. Or it may tip over due to front heavy.
WARNING: Make sure the crib is sturdy and firmly attached with the boards before stacking wood.

Some dust created by power sanding, sawing, grinding, drilling, and other construction activities contains
chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm. Some
examples of these chemicals are:
• lead from lead-based paints,
• crystalline silica from bricks and cement and other masonry products, and
• arsenic and chromium from chemically-treated lumber.
Your risk from these exposures varies, depending on how often you do this type of work. To reduce your
exposure to these chemicals: work in a well ventilated area, and work with approved safety equipment, such
as those dust masks that are specially designed to filter out microscopic particles.
