Important Instructions for Applicant Filling Online Option Form of RPVT‐2015
The candidate should read the Instructions, User manual and information booklet of RPVT‐2015 carefully before filling online application form. Then click on the link………, a login page will be opened then click on “New Registration” link. Registration for RPVT‐2015 Form will be opened which can be filled. Candidate should note down his/her User‐ID/Registration No. Option Form Note: After completion of graduation (12th) detail only, student can fill the option form. Use of Option Form Option form is basically used for the college choice/selection. This form will save the following information of the student. Just Follow Following Steps to fill up Option Form 1.Are you domicile of Rajasthan? For this Student have two option ‘Yes’ and ‘No’. In case, student is not domicile of Rajasthan he/she is not able to apply the option form. 2. Have you passed Physics, Chemistry and Biology 10+2 stream? For this Student have two option ‘Yes’ and ‘No’. In case, student have the physics, chemistry and biology in 10+2 stream then he/she is not able to apply the option form. 3. Choices For this Student have two option he/she can apply through the two mode payment and Regular. Student can select the college according to their choices. 4. Father Details For the communication purpose student need to fill the Father Mobile Id and Email ID. 5. District Details Student need to fill the District Name from the list. 6. Are you OBC JAAT Student have two option ‘Yes’ and ‘No’. If Student is OBC JAAT then he/she will choose the yes button, else no. 7. Upload Document Under this section student will be submit the 10th and 12th mark sheet. Note: Document file size should not be more than 100 KB and supported file types are
.jpg, .jpeg, .pjpeg, .bmp, .gif and .png] in all uploading document After filling all the fields if student click on the following buttons like 1. Submit ‐ If user fills the detail and click on submit button, in that case user can change again all the fields. 2. Reset – If user have field the wrong details so he/she can reset the form, the whole form will be display to user in the default state. 3. Final Submit – After filling all the details if student click on final submit button so, after that student cannot do any modification in the option form. The form will be submitted. 4. Print –After filling all the detail in the form, if student click on print button so the copy of filled option form will be generated for the student. 5. Enter Marks – If user didn’t fill the marks at the time of registration so he/she can fill the marks detail by clicking on the enter marks button. NOTE:‐ 1) If you want get the payment seat please insert your choice for payment seats also. 2) Please take print out of option form after final submit. 3) Before submitting the option form you have to complete your education details otherwise you’ll not be eligible for filling the option form. 4) We are forcing you to give your parents mobile no so that we can contact your parents in case you are selecting the payment choice. 5) If you are a OBC candidate and belong to JAAT cast than select YES in 6th step and other OBC cast except JAAT or any other cast select NO.
