Please read the following instructions carefully
1. The power input is DC+12V~24V±10%
2.Do not expose the receiver to rain, moisture, direct sunlight
or do not place it near a heater.
3.Do not use liquid or aerosol cleaners. Use a light damp cloth
for cleaning.
4.The hole on the bottom of receiver must be left uncovered to
allow proper airflow to the unit.
5. Do not open or remove cover. Refer to all servicing to qualified
Service personnel.

DTR-1213/1216EU:
1.For car use: Connect the "+12~24V IN" wire to car battery "+"
and connect ACC wire to car ACC switch.
2. For home use: Put "+12~24V IN" and ACC wire together and
connect to 12-24V DC.
3.GND must connect to GND or Battery"-" .

1.4. Preferences:
a.Parental control: you need set new
parental password to get control the lock
channel.
The default no. is 0000. There are
Change Password, Installation Lock,
Preference Lock,
Channel Edit Lock and Channel Lock for
your setting. You can choose on or off
on each item.
b. Language Setting: this unit supports
11 kind of languages. They are English,
German, French, Italian, Spanish,
Turkish, Greek, Russian, Czech,
Czechoslovak and Vietnamese. You can
set Menu Language, Audio Language
and Subtitle Language.
c.Time Setting: you have to set the
correct GMT+/- X hours as your time
area. And clock will correct with the
broadcasting signal automatically.
The power on time allow you select
channel and on time.
d.A/V Control:
1. TV Type: select
PAL/NTSC/MULTI(auto).
2. Audio Output: select Stereo or Mono.
3. Screen Ratio: select 4:3 or 16:9
aspect ratio.
4. Display Format: set the display format
in Auto, Letter Box or Center Mode.
f. Miscellaneous Setting: set display
time of OSD or transparency level for
OSD screen display.

b. Manual Search: in this mode, you can
select just one channel to search the
programs.
c. LCN: If you turn on the LCN (logic
channel NO.) Function and the DVB-T
program included LCN information then
the channel No. Will display the LCN
channel only after auto channel

d. Reset Default: If you press OK, then all
channel data will delete and return to
initial factory default setting.
1.2.System:
a. System Status: the hardware and
software version will show in this
information.
b. Area Setting: you can select area
where you are. This selection will
set the auto search function for

1.Digital TV
When the unit power is on and gets into
“DTV” function. The first installation
picture will show on the screen If there is
no channel data in the memory.
The system supports 11 kinds of
languages. They are English, German,
French, Italian, Spanish, Turkish,
Greek, Russian, Czech, Czechoslovak
and Vietnamese.
Select the Area you are and move to
“NEXT”, and then press OK to start up
search channel. If the signal appears,
you will get it and cannel information will
store in channel list.
There are 4 main items in the manual on
the left side.
In the bottom area, the guide information
will show the usage key for the operation
You can refer it to operate and set it as
you need.
