VERIFICAÇÃO DE SEGURANÇA
Depois de corrigido o problema de manutenção original,
execute as seguintes verificações de segurança antes de liberar o
aparelho para consumidor: Verifique os terminais da antena, o acabamento metálico e os botões"metalizados", os parafusos e as outras
peças de metal expostas, para ver se não há fuga AC, conforme abaixo.
TESTE DE FUGA
A fuga do AC de alguma parte do metal exposta à terra e de todas
as partes do metal expostas que tenham um retorno ao chassis,
não deve exceder 0.5 mA (500 microampers.). A corrente de
fuga pode ser medida por qualquer um dos três métodos.
1. Um aparelho medidor de fuga, como Simpson 229 ou RCA
WT-540A. Siga as instruções dos fabricantes para usar esses
instrumentos.
2. Um mili-amperímetro de AC operado a bateria. O multímetro
digital Data Precision 245 é adequado para esse serviço.
3. Medindo a queda de tensão através de um resistor por meio
de um multímetro ou de um voltímetro de AC operado a bateria. A
indicação de "limite" é de 0,75V, desse modo os medidores
analógicos precisam ter uma escala precisa de baixa tensão. O
Simpsom 250 e o Sanwa SH-63Trd são exemplos de multímetros
passivos apropriados. Quase todos os multímetros operados a
bateria que tem uma faixa de 2 V são adequados. (Veja Fig. A)

Se os ajustes de fábrica das teclas FUNCTION
não coincidirem com os componentes do
sistema, você poderá mudá-los. Por exemplo,se
possuir um reprodutor e gravador de fita e não
possuir um reprodutor e gravador de MD,
programe a tecla MD/TAPE para o reprodutor e
gravador de fita.
Note que o ajuste da tecla TUNER não pode ser
mudado.

correspondente desejado. Neste caso, pressione a
tecla TV/VIDEO para chaver a modo de entrada do
TV.

somente como um exemplo.
Entretanto, dependendo do componente, a operação
acima pode não ser possível ou pode operar de
forma diferente da descrita.

Enquanto pressiona [VIDEO 1] e o botão SOUND FIELD [2CH]
simultâneamente, pressione o botão power ?/1 para ligar o aparelho.
A mensagem FACTORY aparece e o aparelho desliga.

* Todos os seguimentos fluorescente são testados. Quando
este teste é ativado, todos os seguimentos acendem ao mesmo
tempo.

MODO RESET PARA O CAMPO SONORO
* A configuração do campo sonoro é apagada quando este modo é
ativado. Use este modo antes de retornar o aparelho consertado
para o consumidor.
* Procedimento:
Enquanto pressiona o botão SOUND FIELD [MODE] pressione o
botão ?/1 para ligar o aparelho. A mensagem S. F. CLR aparece
e o aparelho inicializa.

* Tanto o passo 9 kHz quanto o passo10 kHz podem ser selecionados pelo passo AM.
* Procedimento:
Selecione [TUNER] em [AM]. Desligue o aparelho.
Enquanto pressiona [TUNING+] ou o botão
?/1 para ligar o apa[PRESET TUNING ] pressione também o
relho. A mensagem 9 k STEP ou 10 k STEP aparece. Selecione
a opção adequada.

* Verificação dos botões;
* Procedimento:
Enquanto pressiona [VIDEO 1] e [SHIFT] simultâneamente, pres?/1 para ligar o aparelho.

“REST 39” aparece.
Cada vez que apertar qualquer botão exceto ?/1 , [TREBLE+, ]
e [BASS+, ] os botões são contados em ordem decrescente. Os
botões que já foram pressionados não são contados novamente.
Quando todos tiverem sido pressionados, “REST 04” aparecerá.
Quando [MASTER VOLUME] é girado no sentido horário,
“VOL MIN”, “VOL 1” para “VOL 30”, “VOL MAX” aparecem.
4. Pressione a tecla [VIDEO 1] , todos os seguimentos apagarão.
5. Toda vez que pressionar a tecla [VIDEO 1] um conjunto de
seguimento e LED acenderá um após o outro.
(Não apenas a tecla [VIDEO 1] , mas também outras teclas com
o [VIDEO 2], [DVD/LD], [MD/TAPE], [CD], [TUNER] podem ser usados)
