Used on pneumatic conveying lines at 1.5 bar (dilute phase). The body is manufactured from engineering polymer SINT®. The special shape and the SINT ® engineering polymer confer notable flexibility of the elbow which translates into: - Great resistance to wear - No risk of compacting - Special features of the conveyed material are retained - Hardly any heating of the conveyed material thanks to low friction of the polymer - Considerable reduction of load loss with significant saving of pneumatic energy for transport. - Extremely light and flexible. 02.11 - WARTUNGSANLEITUNG - ÚDRŽBA 2 - MANUTENZIONE 01 ROHRBÖGENMITWEITEM RADIUSEW Die Rohrbögen mit weitem Radius EW sind zur Förderung von abrasivem pulver- und granulatförmigem Schüttgut geeignet. Sie binden Einsatz in pneumatischen Niederdruck-Förderanlagen mit 1,5 bar (Flugförderung). Die Rohrbögenbestehen aus SINT®Technopolymer. Formgebung und Werkstoff verleihen dem Rohrbogen eine besondere Elastizität, was folgende wichtige Vorteile bietet: - Verschleißbeständigkeit - keine Materialanbackungen - keine Veränderung der Schüttguteigenschaften - minimierte Erwärmung des Schüttguts infolge stark redu-zierter Reibung dank des Ein-satzes von Polmerwerkstoffen - starke Verringerung der Strömungsverluste bei gleichzeitiger Einsparung pneumatischer Förderenergie. - extrem leicht und biegsam KOLENA S ŠIROKÝM P O L O M Ě R E M EW Kolena s širokým poloměrem EW, jsou vhodná pro dopravu abrazivního granulátového, nebo prachového materiálu. Používají se v pneudopravě o tlaku 1,5 baru (zředěná fáze). Vnější strana kolena je vyrobena z technopolymeru SINT®. Zvláštní geometrický tvar a použití technopolymeru SINT® dodává kolenu vysokou elasticitu, což vysvětluje tyto vlastnosti: - odolnost proti opotřebení; - žádné riziko zhutňování materiálu; - udržení zvláštních vlastností nekoherentního materiálu; - zcela nízké zahřívání dopravovaného materiálu, díky nízkému stupni tření technopolymerů; - velké omezení ztrát tlaku se značnou úsporou energie potřebné pro pneudopravu; - extrémně nízká hmotnost a flexibilita.
