> Depuis près de trente ans, le Centre Pompidou
organise Vidéodanse, une manifestation qui
permet aux professionnels et aux amateurs de
danse de suivre, par le biais de créations
filmiques, de films documentaires, d’adaptations
ou de captations de spectacles, l’histoire et
l’actualité de la création chorégraphique.
PROGRAMME
> En janvier 2011, MK2 Quai de Loire invite
Vidéodanse, afin de permettre à son public de
découvrir la richesse cinématographique du
« film de danse » ainsi que l’immense créativité de
la scène chorégraphique contemporaine.
La sélection proposée regroupe les chorégraphes
et les films qui ont fait les grandes heures de la
manifestation au Centre Pompidou.
> Pendant un mois, à raison de quatre séances
par semaine, deux cycles se côtoient. L’un,
monographique, met en avant l’œuvre de treize
artistes. L’autre, composé de films plus courts,
complète ce panorama en faisant valoir l’extrême
diversité de la danse contemporaine.
