Troubleshooting logging into E-Bata I have not received a password for E-Bata - Have you checked your username (on typing/spelling errors)? Your username is the e-mailadres you filled in during your signup. It is important to fill in the complete emailadres (for example ‘[email protected]’) Is ‘Caps Lock’ turned off? Maybe your spam-filter filtered our e-mail. The e-mail is send by “E-Bata <[email protected]>”. When you copy it from your received e-mail, be sure to not copy any extra ‘space-characters’. When you have received multiple passwords, always use the one you received most recent.
