OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE PILOTS WILL BE
PRESENT
AT THE AIR SHOW/ AIR DISPLAY
“FLY PARTY 2015”
27-28 JUNE 2015
The event organizers, together with aeronautical professionals,
established the below rules, to comply with the maximum flight
safety possible, during the Montagnana airfield
aviation
activities of the 27-28 of june .
One of the basics aspects is to ensure “regular and consistent”
aircrafts arrivals and departures in well defined time slots , to avoid
uncontrolled and dangerous gathering of aircrafts in the traffic
pattern .
This is why the organization takes care of an important coordination
work with the pilots involved in the event .
We are asking to all of you a full cooperation and understanding
together a strict respect of the procedures and standards with a
single purpose: ENSURE THE SAFETY TO EVERYBODY .
NO RADIO AIRCRAFTS ARE NOT ALLOWED
All participants are required to, carefully follow, arrival and
departing times, stated in the flight program authorized by the
Italian Aeroclub .
ARRIVAL TIMES:
Saturday 27 of june is a day for arrivals and test flights, there will
be no restrictions, although we expect the maximum cooperation by
the arrival pilots.
Sunday 28 arrival deadline is 10.30 LT .
To help pilots coming from far away, we’ll have an additional
landing window from 12:30 LT to 13:30 LT.
NOTE: Sunday 28 will not be any exception outside the
stated landing times.
DEPARTURE TIMES:

Participants and guests aircafts departures are suggested after
event termination , so after 17:30 LT , however to help pilots coming
from far away, we’ll have an additional take off window from 15:30
LT to 15:50 LT.
Above slots are mandatory, it will be no exception.
NOTE: The only departures allowed outside that timing are
possible for the aircrafts involved in the airshow/air display,
but they must be coordinated in advance with the airshow
director.
OPERATIONAL PROCEDURE FOR GENERAL AVIATION and ULM
FLIGHT PATTERN (1000 ft AGL)
LEFT for runway 11, for normal operation runway 11 will be
in use .
RIGHT in case of runway 29 usage
Frequency 118.975 .
ARRIVAL
Aircrafts participants the air show/ air display :
Contact Montagnana radio on the 118.975 at least 5 NM before the
field , follow the ATC instructions , minimizing the
communications.
After landing vacate the runway asap and follow the “FOLLOW
ME”, once at the assigned parking turn off the engine. The aircraft
will be fine placed, pushing it by hand .
Note: The pilots must follow

General Aviations and ULM guest aircrafts:
Contact Montagnana radio on the 118.975 at least 5 NM before the
field , follow the ATC instructions , minimizing the
communications.

ME”, once at the assigned parking turn off the engine. The aircraft
must be fine placed, pushing it by hand .
After landing avoid radio calls , staff people will guide you . After
parking completed, please go to the registration booth to get the
airshow pilot pass and then go to the public reserved area.
We are kindly asking you to stay in the aircraft parking area only
for the necessary after landing and takeoff operations .
GUEST AIRCRAFTS CREWS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO STAY IN
THE AIRCRAFT PARKING AREA .
DEPARTURE
Events participating aircrafts :
Helped by the staff people , crews have to push the aircrafts in the
“start engine area”, coordinating taxiing and take off with
Montagnana radio .

clearing the extended runway center line .
