Operating mode:

The REV100 features a touch screen display. Settings are
made by touching the display field with your fingers.
Tip: To facilitate programming, the controller can be removed
from its base.

1. Remove the unit from its base and open the cover of the
battery compartment.
2. Remove the black transit tab from the batteries. The unit
switches itself on.

3. Select the time button on the display and set the correct
time of day. Each touch represents one minute. Longer
pressing causes the display to accelerate which can be
stopped by repeated pressing.
4. After 5 seconds, the display will automatically change to the
initial operating mode (same action when touching the time
button again).

Select the heating periods such that the economy temperature will be
maintained as long as possible when the apartment is not occupied,
enabling you to save considerable amounts of energy and costs.

With one heating period:
Touch operating mode button for automatic mode 1. The
normal temperature will be maintained during one heating
period. Outside the heating period, the economy temperature
will be maintained.
With two heating periods:
Touch operating mode button for automatic mode 2. The
normal temperature will be maintained during two heating
periods. Outside the heating periods, the economy
temperature will be maintained.

2. Use the arrow buttons to re-adjust the displayed
temperature to the required room temperature
(max. +/-4 °C).
3. After 5 seconds, the display will automatically change to the
initial operating mode (same action when touching the
temperature button again).
The change is only active until the next switching point is
reached!

respective switching time buttons.

If two switching times coincide on the same switching time
button, the selection will change with the next touch.

Do you want to change the room temperature level?
With the level button, you change from the current room
temperature level to the other for shorter periods of time. The
or , will be displayed. Use this function to
active level,
reduce the room temperature level when the apartment is not
occupied.
The change is only active until the next switching point is
reached.

the room temperature level?
Select the required continuous operating mode. The
respective temperature level will be maintained.

When absent for a longer period of time, it is possible to
change to the economy temperature and to enter the time of
absence.
1. Select operating mode “Economy temperature”.
2. Touch the day button.
3. Enter the number of days you are absent (0..99).
4. Wait 5 seconds (or touch the day button).

• Display and cancellation of holiday function
The display keeps showing the number of days and the
holiday symbol. Every midnight, the counter subtracts one
day. When the counter reaches 00, 24-hour operation with
two heating periods will automatically be resumed.
Cancelling the holiday function
Touch the day button and set it to 00 (same action when
touching the day button again).

Do you want to return to the factory settings (reset)?
Press button behind the pin hole for at least 3 seconds: this
will reset all individual settings and the time of day to their
default values. During the reset time of 3 seconds, the display
will be fully lit, indicating that it works correctly.
Caution: after each reset, all personal settings such as time
of day, weekday, switching times, etc., must be re-entered.
Energy saving tips without sacrificing comfort
• Do not allow room temperatures to exceed 21 °C.
• Touch the level button to switch to economy temperature
, even if you are absent for short periods of time only.
• Air out the rooms for short periods of time only, but properly
with the windows wide open.

Cleaning the display / maintenance
To clean the unit, use the anti-static cloth provided or a soft
damp cloth with no chemical cleaning agent. To clean the
display, the operating fields can be locked.
Switching on: press the button behind the pin hole briefly
will appear and all other displays will
(max. one second):
disappear. The operating fields are now out of operation while
all other functions in the background remain fully operational.
Switching off: press the button behind the pin hole briefly
again (max. one second).
Locking of the display can also be used as a protection
against tampering.
Does symbol
appear?
When this symbol is shown, you need to change the batteries
within 3 months.

Caution: the settings are retained for a maximum of one
minute only.
1. Get two news alkaline batteries type AA, 1.5 V.
2. Open the unit and remove it from its base.
3. Change the batteries.
4. Fit unit at the top, swing it down and let it snap on at the
bottom.
Make certain the old batteries are disposed of properly!
Battery life is about 3 years
