40OK-5113H ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 1. Remove candle holder cover and place glass dish. 2. Secure glass dish with fastener with black side down. 3. Screw nut to hold down fastener and glass dish. 4. Replace candle holder cover. CLEAR x3 BROWN x3 5. Install light bulb. CLEAR x3 BROWN x2 BROWN x6
