Close front door. Turn unit
on top and attach the
bottom of the decorative
frame using (2) #6-32 x 3/8"
screws and (2) #10 flat
washers as shown in figure
C.

po) et (2) rondelles nº 10, fixez le
cadre décoratif à la porte en utilisant
les deux trous de fixation supérieurs
comme le montre la figure B.
REMARQUE : Ne serrez pas trop, car
vous pourriez endommager les
pièces.
Fermez la porte de devant. Retournez
la boîte aux lettres et fixez le bas du
cadre décoratif en utilisant (2) vis nº
6-32 x 0,95 cm (3/8 po) et (2)
rondelles nº 10, comme le montre la
figure C.

Using (2) #6-32x5/8" screws and (2) external
tooth washers, attach the knob to the front of
the door and catch to the back of the door as
shown in figure D above.
Con (2) tornillos núm. 6-32 x 5/8" y (2) arandelas
con dientes externos, fije el pomo a la parte
delantera de la puerta y el retén a la parte
trasera de la puerta, tal como se muestra en la
figura D arriba.
En utilisant (2) vis nº 6-32 x 1,6 cm (5/8 po) et (2)
rondelles de retenue dentée, fixez la poignée
sur le devant de la porte et le loquet à l’arrière
de la porte, comme le montre la figure D cidessus.
Attach flag to flag bracket by gently snapping the flag into the reverse
side of the flag bracket in the orientation shown above. Once the flag
and flag bracket are together place the prongs of the flag bracket into
the outer two holes on the right side of the mailbox.
Insert the 10-24 x 1/2 screw through the flag bracket and side of
mailbox, then attach the #10 washer and #10-24 nylon lock nut to the
screw from the inside of the box as shown above. Tight with wrench
and screwdriver.
Para fijar el banderín al soporte de banderín, ajuste suavemente el
banderín en el reverso del soporte de banderín, en la dirección que se
muestra arriba. Una vez que el banderín y el soporte de banderín estén
unidos, coloque las clavijas del soporte de banderín en los dos orificios

Attach flag to flag bracket by gently snapping the flag into the reverse
side of the flag bracket in the orientation shown above. Once the flag
and flag bracket are together place the prongs of the flag bracket into
the outer two holes on the right side of the mailbox.
Insert the 10-24 x 1/2 screw through the flag bracket and side of
mailbox, then attach the #10 washer and #10-24 nylon lock nut to the
screw from the inside of the box as shown above. Tight with wrench
and screwdriver.
90 DAY LIMITED WARRANTY
The manufacturer warrants this product against defects in materials and workmanship.
Gibraltar Mailboxes warrants to the original consumer purchaser of this mailbox product for 90 days on which it is
originally purchased that it is sold free of latent defects in materials, parts and workmanship. This warranty is limited to
repair or replacement of the defective mailbox product. All defective products must be returned freight prepaid to
Gibraltar Mailboxes’ factory, The Solar Group. If the unit is determined to be defective, it will be repaired or replaced free
of charge at Gibraltar Mailboxes’ option. This warranty does not include repair or replacement due to defects caused by
abuse, misuse, fire, vandalism, substandard or nonconforming installation, contact with brick mortar or destructive
weather conditions (includes salt air, road salt or other corrosive materials). This warranty does not cover the labor or
any other cost of removal, reinstallation or replacement of, or as a consequence of, the defective mailbox product. This
warranty does not cover field expenses or the cost of any items other than the defective mailbox product. Consequential
damages to property are excluded.

THE MAILBOX TO ENSURE ITS CORRECT PLACEMENT AND HEIGHT AT THE STREET.
GENERALLY, MAILBOXES ARE INSTALLED AT A HEIGHT OF 41-45 IN. FROM THE ROAD
SURFACE TO THE INSIDE FLOOR OF THE MAILBOX OR POINT OF MAIL ENTRY (LOCKED
DESIGNS) AND ARE SET BACK 6-8 IN. FROM THE FRONT FACE OF THE CURB OF ROAD
EDGE TO THE MAILBOX DOOR.

PROPER CARE AND MAINTENANCE
Our mailbox is protected by rust resistant powder coat paint. With a minimum amount
of maintenance, your mailbox can look like new for a long period of time. Like any
outdoor product made of steel, surface rust may appear over time depending on its
placement or environmental conditions. Wipe any surface rust with a fine steel wool
pad and clean with a damp cloth and household detergent occasionally. If necessary,
touch up paint may be required to maintain the mailbox and extend its useful life.
CUIDADO Y MANTENIMIENTO APROPIADOS
Nuestro buzón está protegido con recubrimiento de pintura en polvo resistente al
óxido. Con un mantenimiento mínimo, su buzón lucirá como nuevo durante un largo

extérieur fait d’acier, de la rouille peut apparaître en surface au fil du temps, en
fonction de son emplacement et des conditions environnementales. Frottez toute
rouille de surface avec un tampon de paille de fer et nettoyez occasionnellement avec
un tissu mouillé et du détergent domestique. Si nécessaire, des retouches de peintures
peuvent être nécessaires pour entretenir la boîte aux lettres et rallonger sa durée de vie
utile.
