Tie the two cords in the bottom hem together. Repeat with the other rings down to the bottom. Tie the bottom of the rope to the bottom hem cord. NOTE: To further close the cover and to keep your cover on your evaporative cooler in windy conditions we recommend that you purchase Evaporation Cooler Cover Straps. Tie the other cord to the top black ring.
