ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:

FOR RETURN SHIPPING PURPOSES:
PLEASE RETAIN ORIGINAL PACKAGING
TO MINIMIZE DAMAGE.
1. Place the base (E) on a level surface.
2. Remove the socket ring (D) from the socket (A).
3. Place the shade (E) over the socket (A) and replace
the socket ring (D) securing the shade in place.
Uses (1) maximum 25WATT, Type “B” Bulb
Or (1) maximum 13Watt CFL Bulb
(Bulb not included)
Cleaning of your lamp.
Wipe with a dry cloth only. Do not use abrasives.

2. Retire el anillo conector (D) de la toma (A).
3. Coloque la sombra (E) sobre la toma de (A) y reemplazar
el anillo conector (D) que sujetan la cortina en su lugar.

O (1) maximo bulbo de CFL, 13 vatios

Limpieza de lampara
Desenchufe la lámpara, limpiar con un trapo húmedo.
No utilice los abrasivos.
