The LOW BASS EQ providesgain,continuously
adjustable
from-7 to +7 dB, centeredat 30H2. lt has a fairlyhighO,
whichwill leavethe low-frequency
crossoverpointof the subwoofers
undisturbed.
This is usefulin conhollingthe lowest
bassfrequencies
wjthouteffectingthe mid-or upperbass. Roomswithconcretewallsandfloorstendto supportoutputin
the bottomoctave, and may requirea slightdecreaseof the LOWBASSEQ level. Roomsof lighter(wood)construction
tendto providerelativelylesssupportfor the bottomoctaveand mayneedan increasein LOWBASSEQ level. Theconkol of thisfeatureis presenton boththe controllerand lR femote, and it is activein boththe MUSICand VIDEOmodes.
