Remove Used Grinds. Rinse Filter
It is normal that grinds
are wet. Knock gently.

Insert and Lock empty Remove Frothing
Portafilter into Brew
Attachment
Head and flush with

Insert & Lock Portafilter
into Brew Head.
Turn dial to 'ESPRESSO
EXTRACTION'

Extract 2oz into 2 Cups for
2 x 1oz single shots
Place Jug under wand. Turn dial to 'STEAM'
Ensure Steam Wand
Steaming will start

• Tastes bitter or weak/watery
* Crema is the caramel colored layer that floats
on top of the espresso after extraction.
