The date code shall be stamped with metal stamp directly on the device at a specified location or on a tag or washer which is firmly affixed to the device. The date coding is as follows: Hose Assembly Date Code Hose assemblies are identified with a date followed by the letter “S” indicating Salisbury. Example: 12/05/77 S
