Polycom® Ceiling Microphone Array
Polycom’s Ceiling Microphone Arrays are the only audio pickup devices for
Polycom® RealPresence® Group Series and HDX videoconferencing systems, and
SoundStructure installed audio solutions that offer consistent, reliable, 360° clear
voice pickup via Siren22 kHz StereoSurround™ or Siren14kHz wideband audio.
Pricing and availability
The Ceiling Microphone Array is available in a choice of black or white element and
drop cable. Please refer to the matrix below for the appropriate part number.
The Ceiling Microphone Array is available worldwide through our Channel partners.

Maintenance
The Ceiling Microphone Array is a peripheral device and is therefore covered by the
maintenance contract for the base codec to which it’s attached.
Installation
Polycom is not responsible for the installation of the Ceiling Microphone Arrays;
however, Polycom will provide the specifications for installation. Please refer to the
Ceiling Microphone Array Installation Guide for more detail.
