Now you can enjoy the ‘spa break’ luxury of a top-quality Husky
sauna at home. It’s an investment which can add value to your
home whilst you enjoy a health-enhancing sanctuary in which to
relax with friends, family… or simply pamper yourself.
Unlike conventional saunas, both Husky models use “far infra-red”
heating elements. This means a much shorter warm-up time and
lower running costs. There are health benefits too,
as you experience an increased flow of sweat and toxins without
the sometimes oppressive heat of standard saunas.
The lower 32-48°C (90-118°F) heat warms the body from within, so
you can stay longer and enjoy even greater benefits and
relaxation: it’s an enervating difference which sauna lovers will
find refreshing, and even first timers will enjoy.
Conventional saunas are usually made from pine, but for superior
protection from heat, moisture and mould, Husky saunas are
crafted from the Western Hemlock Fir TSUGA HETEROPHYLLA, native to
the Pacific coast of North America, Russia and China. Trees grow
quickly and are cultivated as a crop, and forests are replenished
as areas are cleared.
The radiant infra-red heat warms three times as deeply as
conventional heat, helping skin tone regain its youthful glow, and
even help break down fat stored as cellulite. Because you can
stay in your sauna longer, as you relax more calories are burnt off
and your metabolic rate is increased.
Both Husky saunas are designed to be built easily in the home by
anyone with a basic experience of assembling flat pack home
furniture. All panels are pre-cut and glass units are ready
assembled. Joints are made using familiar cam-lock fixings, so
only basic tools are required. Both models feature a CD
entertainment system and thermometer/hygrometer, and the Sauna
IV also includes a wooden pail with ladle.
