Cleaning Instructions
Seal Shields™ are easy to use! They can be quickly cleaned and disinfected with your iPad® still inside. We recommend you protect your iPad® with Seal Shields™ so you can regularly clean and disinfect them with bleach wipes
(Clorox® Disinfecting Wipes or similar), or quaternary ammonia wipes (PDI Super Sani-Cloth™ Wipes or similar).
When using wipes, be sure to clean all surfaces thoroughly and allow to dry before using
Alternatively, the product can be washed in a solution of any of the products below and then rinsed under running water. Before washing, please inspect your device carefully for any openings or splits in the plastic that may
cause leakage.
Clorox® Bleach.................................................Up to 50% dilution to warm water
Pine Quat 64 Disinfectant...........................100% concentration
64 General Purpose Disinfectant.............100% concentration
VirkonS™...........................................................10% dilution to warm water
Softsoap®..........................................................Approximately 2% dilution to warm water
Ali-Flex®.............................................................100% concentration
Windex®.............................................................100% concentration
Product testing was performed by submerging the unit in each of the above cleaning/disinfecting solutions at
the recommended concentrations with no apparent damage to the Seal Shields™ plastic sleeve or the Stay Dry
Seal.
