The 5 KVM Extender simply extends your
KVM station from your computer. The
model is a desk-top unit that allows you to
locate PC, Server or KVM Switch up to 500
feet away from your controlling keyboard,
mouse and VGA monitor through a piece of
Cat. 5/ 5e/ 6 UTP or STP cable. The unit
supports both local and remote keyboard,
monitor and mouse that can be activated via
a switch.
