The 5400 is a versatile printer. That’s why you will

dpi resolution means you can call upon the 5400

A 266 MHz Power PC G3 class processor
gives the 5400 a level of robustness you

with a 9 second first-page-out time. It speeds

complex jobs containing photos and charts.
WorkSet features like Send Once/RIP Once/
Print Many, and job pipelining ensure that

Its sturdy design allows precise printing on the
widest range of media types, handling paper
weights from 16 lb. bond to 110 lb. card stock.
Even envelopes and labels can be printed
from the main tray, so
there is no need to buy
special feeders. And to
improve printing quality
on heavier stocks, the
printer enables variable
fusing temperatures.
Print on page sizes from

and custom sizes in-between.
Automatic 2-sided printing, standard on
DT and DX models, is fast and saves
paper.
The Phaser 5400N comes with a

500-sheet input tray
multipurpose bypass feeder

. The DT
configuration adds automatic 2-sided
printing and a ledger-size 500-sheet
feeder
for a total capacity of 1,150
sheets. To this, the DX configuration
adds a second ledger-size 500-sheet
feeder boosting paper capacity to 1,650,

for additional printer functionality.
Multiple paper handling options are
available to configure the 5400 the
