Memory Module Specification KVR400D2N3/256 256MB 32M x 64-Bit DDR2-400 CL3 240-Pin DIMM DESCRIPTION: This document describes ValueRAM's 32M x 64-bit (256MB) DDR2-400 CL3 SDRAM (Synchronous DRAM) memory module. The components on this module include four 32M x 16-bit (8M x 16-bit x 4 Bank) DDR2-400 SDRAM in FBGA packages. This 240-pin DIMM uses gold contact fingers and requires +1.8V.
