How to Care Guide
Beyzacases products have been manufactured out of first quality leather. There may be
some characteristic signs such as wrinkles, scars and marks. Those do not effect the
durability of the product, in fact these arise from the natural beauty of the genuine leather.
For general cleaning on the leather parts of your Beyzacases product, please use a soft
cloth and a leather cleaner and/or conditioning cream and follow instructions. This should
be done three or four times a year and this facilitates the durability, shine and increases
the beauty of your Beyzacases product overall.
When it comes to the chemicals that you use to clean your Beyzacases product, you need
to be very careful. Turpentine and mineral spirits must be avoided as they can pull color,
and caustic household chemicals should never be used to clean leather and leather
preparations that contain alcohol should also be avoided.
Your Beyzacases product will look good for several years with a little care, please check out
some basic tips written below;
- Please clean your Beyzacases product with only dry cloths. Please do not use any
chemicals such a acetone, gasoline, alcohol etc. while cleaning your Beyzacases product.
- Please keep your Beyzacases product away from all chemical liquids.
- If your Beyzacases product gets wet, please wipe it off immediately and let it air dry.
Direct heat could cause the leather to dehydrate and damage it.
- If you are using a leather conditioner or other leather cleaning products, please always
apply it to the cloth first and not directly onto the leather.
- Please test any leather products on a small area before applying it to the Beyzacases
product.
- Please do not store your Beyzacases product in plastic as these emit chemicals which can
damage the leather, please use a cloth bag.
- Please keep your Beyzacases product away from cosmetics, creams, hairspray, food and
other oil-based products as these are likely to stain or damage the leather and are difficult
to remove.
Please do not store your Beyzacases product in direct sunlight, direct spotlight, direct heat,
radiator and similar devices which spread heat and powerful light. Please keep your
Beyzacases product in a dark, cool and dry place to prevent fading and mould.
Warranty
Beyzacases products are made to ensure satisfaction and service during the natural life of
the product. It warrants to the original purchaser that its products will be free from defects
in material and workmanship for a period of One (1) year from the date of purchase.
Warranty does not cover damage resulting from product misuse, product neglect,
product abuse, product tampering, product alterations and unauthorized product repairs.
Furthermore, this Warranty does not cover any consequential damage to a person or
property other than the product purchased.
This guarantee will begin from the date the product is received and will only run for the
same model originally purchased.
To apply for this benefit you should contact Beyzacases Customer Care Department. Just
send an e-mail to [email protected] to become acquainted with the specific details.
An order number and an invoice must legitimate the Beyzacases product purchase.
Beyzacases warrants the product against defects in materials and workmanship under
normal use for a period of One (1) year from the date of retail purchase by the original
end-user purchaser.
Exclusions And Limitations
This warranty does not apply: 1. to damage, including but not limited to scratches, tears,
and broken parts; 2. to damage caused by use with non-Beyzacases products; 3. to
damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake or other external
causes; 4. to damage caused by alteration, service or unauthorized repairs.
Except as provided in this warranty and to the maximum extent permitted by law,
Beyzacases is not responsible for direct, special, incidental or consequential damages
resulting from any breach of warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory,
including but not limited to loss of use; loss of revenue; loss of actual or anticipated profits
(including loss of profits on contracts); loss of the use of money; loss of anticipated savings;
loss of business; loss of opportunity; loss of goodwill; loss of reputation; loss of, damage to
or corruption of data; or any indirect or consequential loss or damage howsoever caused
including the replacement of equipment and property, any costs of recovering, reproducing any model or used with the Beyzacases product.
The foregoing limitation shall not apply to death or personal injury claims, or any statutory
liability for intentional and gross negligent acts and/or missions.
