If one driver unit has no sound output A1. Make sure USB cable is connected tightly, and then check music devices has dual channel audio output. Close the music software such as Real Player or iTunes, and restart them. Q2. If whole speaker has no sound output A2. Check USB power cable to see if it is connected tightly, and then check if AUX audio cable connected well. Close music software such as iTune, Realplayer…etc, then re-start both speaker and software.
