I have a passion for all things performance, whether it is on the road, the
racetrack, or the sky (you probably know my affection for airplanes, especially the
World War II warbirds). You too must share these same passions, at least on the
automotive side.
Passion is a great word to describe ROUSH Performance and the people that
work here. They share your passion for high-performance vehicles, whether
they are built in our Plymouth, Mich., assembly area or someone’s garage. The
Customer Service Department is staffed by former technicians who have built
hundreds of ROUSH Mustangs and F-150 trucks so they literally know them
inside and out. The engineers have a passion to match OEM specs in quality and
durability, and a passion to design the ﬁnest products in the industry.
The word passion can also be used to describe the members of the new ROUSH
Road Crew, the ofﬁcial club for owners and fans of the fast lane. These people
are some of the best ambassadors we have for the brand, and are as passionate
as we are about ROUSH. There are plenty of events planned around the country
to hang out and have fun with like-minded people, so consider joining the RRC
today, if you haven’t already (see page 8 for details).
For those who have a passion for horsepower, the new line of phased R2300
ROUSHchargers will get your heart beating faster. For the ﬁrst time, owners
can jump in at any level of horsepower as the budget and desire allows. Start at

ROUSH has revolutionized the aftermarket
industry with the introduction of “Phased”
superchargers, allowing you to build up
power at your own pace. Many of these
superchargers are the same systems
that are installed on the assembly line for
ROUSH-built vehicles.

ROUSH teamed up with industry leader Eaton Corporation to ensure that the best performing and
most durable superchargers are being produced from the ROUSH facilities. Among other things,
Eaton manufactures highly engineered, roots-type positive displacement superchargers for the OEM’s,
as well as rotating assemblies for the aftermarket.
The ROUSH Phased superchargers, called ROUSHchargers, feature Eaton’s
cutting-edge TVS technology (Twin Vortices Series) which features twin fourlobe rotors, twisted 160 degrees, and higher flowing inlet and outlet ports. This
combination greatly enhances thermal efficiency, delivering greater volumetric
capacity and enabling higher operating speeds, giving your engine more boost
without wasting energy. The TVS’ 160-degree helix-rotor design allows for
smaller superchargers, thus reducing package size and reducing the weight of
the system.

To maximize the performance of any supercharger system,
you must have a highly refined calibration. Consequently,
ROUSH provides the most highly-refined calibrations in the
supercharger market, resulting in industry-leading reliability,
performance, and engine durability across the gamut of
environmental and load conditions. No other competitive
system comes close.
New PHASE of Performance
The concept of Phased ROUSHchargers is simple: buy in at
your preferred base level and build up power at a later time
with upgrade kits. Phased ROUSHchargers are available in
multiple power levels, designed to fit your performance and
budgetary needs. The Phase 1 ROUSHcharger provides
a great foundation that offers high performance at a
great value. This kit is the most popular kit in the Phased
ROUSHcharger line up, offering performance and protection
in one simple package. The Phase 2 ROUSHcharger builds
upon the Phase 1 charger and adds more horsepower and
torque to an already stout supercharger system. Finally,
the Phase 3 ROUSHcharger, available exclusively for 5.0L
Mustangs, is ROUSH’s most powerful and performancedriven supercharger. ROUSH didn’t stop the enhancements

ROUSH engineers kept the customer in mind when designing
the line of Phased ROUSHchargers, designing the kits to
re-use existing parts from the base kit and upgrading simple
bolt-on parts such as a pulley, belt, or cold air intake. As with
the calibrated kits, the upgrade kits are sold as complete kits,
including all necessary components needed for installation, as
well as a PCM calibration.
