The compressors listed here have been carefully selected to form a complete range covering the majority of home, semiprofessional and professional users. Whether it be airbrushing, spraying, stapling/nailing, screwdriving, drilling or a host of
other applications there is a compressor here to fit the bill. All of our compressors are manufactured to high quality standards
and will give excellent performance and reliability. All the receivers are fully tested and conform to all current safety standards.
Each unit comes with a full 12 months warranty and all the receivers are individually certificated. The range is backed up by an
excellent spares and after sales service.
We are often asked for advice from customers when choosing a compressor. Our two main pieces of advice are firstly, always
look at the free air delivered by the compressor, not the piston displacement and, secondly make sure that the output of the
compressor exceeds the consumption of the tool or tools. Some manufacturers quote just the piston displacement and this can
mislead the unwary into believing they are purchasing a compressor with a larger capability than they are actually getting.
Provided that the free air delivery from the compressor exceeds the requirement of the air tool you should not have the problem of running out of air halfway through a job. The alternative, of course, is to buy the biggest compressor at the outset on the
basis that you will then have sufficient capacity for larger tools in the future.

low carbon forming, anti-corrosion agent and
conforms to all latest DIN specifications. Supplied

AWC20HP Compressor
The AWC20HP is an economically priced single cylinder oil
lubricated unit with a 1.4kW high efficiency motor. The cast iron
pump cylinder provides long term durability. Producing 5cfm
@ 40 psi and 4cfm @ 90 psi compressed air delivery into a 24
litres air receiver. Fitted with wheels and a grab handle for easy
mobility. Receiver and outlet pressure gauges are fitted along
with an outlet pressure regulator. It is suitable for a whole range
of general workshop uses such as small size nailing and stapling,
riveting, greasing, dusting, tyre inflation, airbrushing and touchup spraying. The only jobs which are beyond its capabilities are
the use of the larger continuously running tools such as sanders,
large spray guns, drills and polishers, all of which will need a
more powerful compressor coupled to a larger capacity tank.
The outlet is fitted with a 1/4” BSP female quick release fitting.

AWBD30100 Compressor
Sharing the same motor and pump unit from the AWBD3050 compressor, this model
has a 100 litre receiver tank to give twice as much stored air capacity. This allows some
demanding tasks that need a greater volume of high pressure air to be carried out. The
same facilities as found on the AWBD3050 model are also found here. i.e. receiver and
output pressure gauges, adjustable output pressure, decent sized pneumatic tyres and
a grab handle. Whilst not as compact as the 50 litre version, the extra capacity can be
very handy at times.

Air Hoses
The best way to connect up your compressed air system is to
use bayonet quick release airline fittings at both the compressor
and tool ends of the air hose; the fittings are easy and safe to
use and allow for quick interchange of tools and hoses. The
diagram below shows the recommended layout of the system please note that the spring loaded quick release fittings should
be fitted to the compressor and to the tool end of the hose so
that the air is contained when either the hose or the tool are
disconnected.
The swivelling fittings, 410251 male and 410250 female,
are highly recommended for fitting to the air tool, as they
give greater flexibility in
operating the tool as well
as preventing snags and

cup and 0.7mm nozzle; for basic spraying use with any small
compressor with a 1hp rating or above. Uses a maximum air

air bleed through the gun cannot be switched off, other than by

Spray Equipment
If you are considering setting up a spraying system in your workshop a High Volume Low Pressure (HVLP) has to be the way to go.
Completely portable, they take up next to no space and need very
little setting up compared to a compressor driven system. Also, the
cost layout is relatively low to achieve professional results, with
much less time being spent between jobs. We have sold the FUJI
HVLP spray systems for many years; they are consistently rated as
the very best systems around thanks to continuous development in
turbine and spray gun technology.
There are 4 FUJI Turbines to choose from, but don’t worry, it’s not a complex choice. The
range has two designs in two turbine types. The Mini-Mite range is the basic version whilst
the Q Gold models have the patented Fuji noise reduction system, reducing noise by 50%,
down to an almost conversational level. The numbers 3 or 4 refer to the number of turbine
fans, four fans giving a higher pressure (9psi versus 6.5psi) to cope with higher viscosity
finishes such as latex house paints or larger jobs that need a faster application of the finish,
re-spraying a car for example. For normal water or oil based finishes to be applied to furniture, cabinets or for small vehicle panel refinishing the three turbine models will be more
than adequate. All models feature an internal air dump valve to allow the non-bleed spray
gun feature, twin air filters, a sturdy top grab handle and high quality alloy and brass air
fittings. A 7.6 meter hose is supplied, with quick-connect fittings and an air volume control
valve. The bottom line is, you can expect a consistent and impressive performance from any
model of FUJI HVLP spray system, we don’t think you can really ask for more.

Fuji T70 Spray Guns
The Fuji T-Series Spray Gun features an exclusive side-mounted
pattern control knob to adjust the size of the fan. This knob
allows you to switch from a small to large pattern, or anywhere
in between. Unlike HVLP turbine spray guns with the front collar
adjustment, the pattern control knob offers full incremental fan
size throughout the whole range.The fan pattern is adjustable
from 1” to 15” from a distance of 8”. Smaller than 1” is achieved
by moving closer to the object to be sprayed. All T-Series Spray
Guns are installed with a 1.3mm needle and nozzle set-up. You
can obtain a professional finish with all known coatings. The
gun body is CNC machined to aircraft tolerances. All Fuji spray
guns are non-bleed. Air passes through the spray gun only
when the trigger is pulled. The light weight of the T-Series and
easy-pull trigger means less fatigue for the operator.

To meet the growing demands of the home, hobby and craft
markets, Fuji has introduced the Semi-Pro2 HVLP spray system.
Key features found on no other entry level system are standard,
such as a powerful 1,400W 2-stage motor turbine and the Fuji
M-Model spray gun. This is a non-bleed design of gun with a fan
control knob to adjust the spray pattern from small circular to a
wide fan (and all increments in-between). Light in weight with
a cool handle, this is supplied as a suction gun with a 1,000cc
cup, but a smaller 400cc gravity cup kit can be purchased as an
option. The nozzle and needle are stainless steel; other air caps
are available as optional extras. The turbine unit is in a sturdy
steel cabinet complete with a grab handle and handy gun
storage. External air filters are easy to wash or change. Includes
a full 7.6m hose with Quick Connect Coupler and an Air Control
Valve. This is a lightweight machine ideally suited to serious DIY,
crafts or hobbies. Supplied with comprehensive user manual,
viscosity cup, cleaning brush and wrench. Everything except
the paint!

This heavy duty air drill is fitted with 10mm capacity Jacobs
keyed chuck. Rugged machined alloy casing and protective

The Mirka ROS325CV (Central Vacuum) and ROS325DB (Dust
Bag) pneumatic random orbit sanders are fitted with a 77mm
backing pad that has been specially developed for spot sanding
of defects or sanding small furniture pieces. The ROS325CV
model is fitted with Mirka’s central vacuum port, so that when
the sander is connected to a suitable dust extraction system
you are able to sand completely dust free. The ROS325DB model
has a dust bag for those who do not have a vacuum extraction
system; only compressed air is required for dust free sanding.
These sanders fit neatly in the hand and are extremely light
and balanced so can be used for long periods without the user
tiring. The speed is exceptionally easy to control. A 2.5mm orbit

Framing Nailer
An industrial finishing nailer for both interior and exterior use.
The non-marking tip device and the adjustable depth control
make it just as good for fine furniture and upholstery work as
it is for battening and framing. Easy loading of nails into the
rear entry angled magazine coupled with the powerful nailing
action make this a real time saver on site. The swivelling exhaust
deflector and rubber grip handle makes for comfortable use.
The nails are 34°, 15 gauge (1.8mm) with 3mm heads. The nailer
will take nails with a minimum length of 15mm and a max
of 50mm. The tool has a 1/4” male bayonet fitting. Lubricate
regularly. Please refer to Airline Fittings section for details of
suitable airlines and fittings. For quick release bayonet fitting
use 100313 or 410251 (swivelling). Supplied in a plastic storage
case.
This is a heavy duty on-site-use nailer, just the job for trusses,
decking, framing and sheeting. Exceptionally light and strong
due to its magnesium alloy casing. The FN2890D Framing Nailer
fires collated 28° clipped head nails from 50mm to 90mm with a
diameter from 2.9mm minimum, to 3.3mm maximum. The nailer
has a fast loading magazine with load sight and maximum
capacity of 84 nails (2 strips). Its handle has a rubberised grip
for user comfort, especially useful for shock absorbing and a
variable position air exhaust vent. Supplied with 2 triggers to
allow single action firing only (to prevent a double firing) or the
faster bump feed firing action. Also comes supplied in a sturdy
case with safety goggles, service tools and lubrication oil.
Please note that this nail gun requires a compressor capable of
delivering 7cfm minimum. The tool has a 1/4” BSP female inlet;
refer to the Airline Fittings section for details of suitable airlines
and fittings.

Workshop Air Nailers
With the increasing popularity of low cost portable. Compressors has come a big increase
in the use of air powered nailers and staplers in the upholstery, craftwork, furniture making
and building trades. They are relatively cheap to buy, convenient to use, very productive and,
provided that sensible precautions are taken, long lasting and safe to use.
Here are a few safety and maintenance points to watch:
Tools should be lubricated regularly and care taken to ensure that the air pressure is correct and adjusted to suit the size
of nail or staple. Excessive pressure will cause unnecessary strain on the firing pin. The firing pin should be regarded as a
consumable part and a spare kept to hand. Nail guns use the spent air at the end of the stroke to return the piston or firing
pin to the upper position and therefore, if the gun has been used on a discharged compressor, the piston may remain in the
downward position. If this should occur, and it sometimes is unavoidable, especially when the unit is new and is not worn in,
the gun should be removed from the supply and the firing pin returned manually to its normal resting position. If the firing
pin should break after a jam, a new firing pin should be installed immediately to avoid any further damage.

to help. Always check for a broken firing pin before sending back for repair under warranty as this can easily be replaced
without incurring postage or service charges.
