manual) you can simply return it to HoMedics for a full refund.*
* The refund only applies to the purchase price of the product and does not include any
delivery or shipping costs, credit card fees or surcharges, or any other additional costs.

60 days of the date on your purchase receipt. HoMedics will
issue you a return authorisation and details on how to return the product.
Cheque refunds will only be provided once you, the customer, has returned the product
to us, and included the following:
•
the product including: power adaptor, storage bag, user manual, activator gel
and DVD in the original packaging
•
the original purchase receipt
•
a print out of your confirmation email and/or the Return Authorisation Code
•
a completed copy of this form including your reasons for wanting to return the
product
You must send the product to us, at your own expense for all freight and insurance,
quoting the Return Authorisation Code.
Refunds are only valid if the return has been registered with HoMedics within 60 days of
the purchase date and if, in our opinion, the product has been used in the recommended
manner.
HoMedics Australia reserves the right to reject any claims submitted that do not meet
these terms and conditions at their sole discretion.
This offer is in addition to, and does not replace, your statutory rights and protections
under the Australian Competition and Consumer Act and/or similar laws in the States
and Territories of Australia
Allow 45 working days to receive the refund cheque
No responsibility will be accepted for late, lost or misdirected mail or other delivery
services.
