MEASUREMENT GUIDE E IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS PLEASE READ AND SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS • Read all instructions •D o not touch surfaces that may be hot. Wait until surfaces have cooled before touching them. Use the handle on the lift-out basket to remove it. • T o protect against electrical shock, do not immerse the product, or its power cord and plug in water or other liquid. •C lose supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children. •R emove plug from outlet when the appliance is not in use, before putting on or taking off parts, and before cleaning. Allow to cool before handling. •D o not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the appliance malfunctions or is dropped or damaged in any manner. WIDE MOUTH amounT of breast milk ON button 6oz 8oz 4 (2x)* 4 (2x)* 6 (2x)* 7 (2x)* For standard reusable bottles (straight or angled): Place the adapter ring onto the top of the large basket so that the top edges are flush. Place the bottle into the warmer. For disposable bottles and baby food jars: Use the lift-out basket for these items. Do not use the adpater ring. Place the bottle or jar into the lift-out basket and then place into the large basket. NOTE: Remove lid of baby food jar before placing in the lift-out basket. Never place a bottle or jar in the warming chamber without using one of the baskets. Bottle or jar could be damaged or overheated. 3. Plug into receptacle. Press the ON button. It will light up to indicate that the unit is heating. 4. When the light goes off, the warming cycle is complete. The heater will shut off automatically. Remove bottle immediately so it will not continue heating. Bottles/Jars may be hot. Remove from chamber and allow 1 minute to cool before handling. 3 4 NOTE: If bottle gets too warm, use slightly less water next time. If bottles do not seem quite warm enough, use slightly more water. power cord baby food jars (use lift-out basket; remove jar cover before heating) All sizes 9 *M easurements are not incremental Measuring container should be placed in a dishwasher basket or washed in warm water using mild liquid soap and rinsed with clear water. Bottle warmer unit: Always unplug the unit and let it cool down before cleaning. Wipe surface of unit as well as inside of warming chamber with a damp cloth or sponge using mild liquid soap. Be sure to remove all soap residue by wiping again with clear water. Air dry. Do not immerse in water. Do not use scouring pads, solvents, or abrasive cleaners, as these could damage the unit. Warming chamber: Mineral deposits (usually white in color) may form on the inner surfaces of the warming chamber and can cause damage to the unit. To remove them: 1. Unplug the unit and let it cool down. 2. Remove the basket, and wash separately as indicated above. 3. Pour 2 oz. vinegar into the warming chamber and let it stand for an hour or two (longer if necessary). 4. Pour out the vinegar and rinse the chamber two or three times by pouring in, then emptying out, 3 or 4 oz. of clear water. Do not immerse the Bottle Warmer in water. Wipe dry or air dry. Ne laissez pas le cordon d'alimentation à la portée d'enfants. • N'utilisez PAS cet appareil avec des biberons en verre car le changement soudain de température risquerait de casser le verre. • Ne placez pas vos mains sur le compartiment chauffant ou à proximité de celui-ci pendant le chauffage. • Pour éviter toute blessure, secouez toujours le biberon correctement et vérifiez la température du contenu avant de donner le biberon à votre enfant. • Lorsque vous chauffez des petits pots pour bébé, retirez toujours l'opercule du pot et utilisez le panier amovible. Remuez toujours ce que vous avez réchauffé (liquides ou aliments) afin d'éliminer toute zone de surchauffe. Vérifiez la température avant de donner le pot ou le biberon à votre bébé.
