It may cause fire. Make sure that the power cord fits the electric socket. If not, it may result in a short circuit. The closer to "MAX" position cold control is set by being turned clockwise, the lower refrigerator temperature becomes. Usually setting at " 5 " position, is practical. Bottles of drinks should be cleaned first so that cleanliness of the refrigerator interior can be maintained. SANYO Service Corporation (SSC) shall perform the services and replacement of part/s free of charge covered by this one (1) year warranty to its utmost effort. There will be corresponding charges for labor, adjustments and parts after the warranty period. SSC will not be liable for damages direct or otherwise arising out of delays on failure in furnishing parts or services caused by Acts of God, Acts of Government (national or local), environmental factors, labor disputes, difficulties or failure of transportation, force majeur or other causes beyond its control, or for damages resulting from delays in performing the services covered by this warranty. This guarantee shall be valid upon purchase, mailed and duly register with SSC within ten (10) days. The warranty shall be void if the unit has been tampered with or repaired by other than SSC or is authorized service shops. When defrosting is completed, refrigerator restarts cooling operation automatically. After defrosting discard the water in tray chiller. If you desire to re-start refrigeration before defrosting is completed, pull out the defrost button. MAKING ICE Fill the ice cube tray with clean-boiled water to the maximum of 80% of the volume of the tray. (The inside end of the tray). (figure 1) Put the ice cube tray into the freezer.
