Sensor Connection Method ※ Thank you for purchasing Sunward Engineering team product. Functions ▶ Only for humidity ON/OFF control. SUN-25H ③ Sensor Reading compensation (When the current humidity is different ) ▶ If sensor cable is too long or sensor is old, there will be hum variation. At that time, use current hum compensation function (rSt). ▶ While the current hum is displayed, press set for 3 seconds. Once dIF displayed, release set. In order to move to rSt (hum compensation), press set several times. ▶ Input the compensation hum by using up & dn. If you press set for 3 seconds, it will be saved and the current hum will be compensated. For example : rSt humidity Current Humidity 20 % 20 % + + -5 % 10 % 15 % 30 % 5. External & Panel Dimension 70+0.6 Power White Black Red ▶ Supply power to the controller It displays the current humidity. ▶ Press Set button once to set Main output Hum value in the right picture flashing < Terminals on Back > ▶To change them, press UP or Dn Key. If you press UP/DN longer than 1 sec Power Increases or decreases quickly OUT1 AC sensor (Main) 100~ ※If set Hum limit function 220V Is working, the setting will be limited within the range. ▶ If you press Set once again, ①②③④⑤ ⑥ ⑦⑧⑨⑩⑪⑫ the set hum will be saved. Even if switched-off, the set value will not be deleted. AC ▶The current hum is displayed and 220V Coil terminal Controller starts to control. ▶For Main Output use terminals 8~10. Set Value Limit & Lock function ① It is possible that users cannot change the default setting, by using lock function. Item Setting Description Default setting Model LoC 0 StH StL 50 40 Locking off. Set press – return to Main screen Set press for 3sec, Data saved Return to the current hum. * DIF & TYP Input Value example ① TYP = d (Dehumidifier) Example: Set Hum= 10%, DIF = 2 => Relay ON = 12%, Relay OFF=10% ② TYP = H (Humidifier) Example: set Hum 10%, DIF = 2 => Relay ON : 8%, relay OFF : 10% * dLt =10, relay on after 10 seconds * tyP = d (Dehumidifier), use for decreasing the humidity. * tyP = H (Humidifier), use for increasing the humidity. 8. When StH is appeared , release the button . (if dIF displayed, repeat it again) Factory Setting Item Setting range upper limit : setting hum is limited below the assigned value. Setting range lower limit: setting hum is limited above the assigned value. Lock function except setting Hum change. ON:lock / OFF :lock cancelled When Lock cancelled, it should be OFF and saved. Set press for 3 seconds, all data saved and return to the current hum. SUNWARD ENG SUN-25H Controller User Manual Page 2/4 Attentions of application of the Humidity Sensor (1) Operating and storage conditions We don't recommend applying RH-range beyond the range stated in this specification. This sensor can recover after working in non-normal operating condition to calibrated status, but will acce lerate sensors' aging. (2) Attentions to chemical materials Vapor from chemical materials may interfere Sensor sensitive-elements and debase Sensor's sensitivity. (3) Disposal when (1) & (2) happens Step one: Keep the Sensor at condition of temperature 50~60Celsius, humidity <10%RH for 2hours; Step two: After step one, keep the Sensor at condition of temperature 20~30Celsius, humidity >70% RH for 5 hours. (4) Attention to temperature's affection Relative humidity strongly depend on temperature, that is why we use temperature compensation technology to ensure accurate measurement of RH. But it’s still much better to keep the sensor at s ame temperature when sensing. This sensor should be mounted at the place as far as possible from parts that may cause change to temperature. (5) Attentions to light Long time exposure to strong light and ultraviolet ray may debase Sensor performance. (6) Attentions to connection wires The connection wires' quality will affect communication's quality and distance, high quality shieldedwire is recommended. (7) Other attentions * Avoid using the sensor under dew condition. * Don't use this product in safety or emergency stop devices or any other occasion that failure of the sensor may cause personal injury. نکاتی مھم در استفاده صحيح از سنسور رطوبت در. ﺑﻪ ﻫﻴﭻ وﺟﻪ ﺗﻮﺻﻴﻪ ﻧﻤﻴﮕﺮدد، اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از اﻳﻦ ﺳﻨﺴﻮردر ﻣﺤﺪودة ﻓﺮاﺗﺮاز ﻣﺤﺪوده ذﻛﺮ ﺷﺪه در ﻣﺸﺨﺼﺎت: ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ ﻛﺎرﻛﺮد و ﻧﮕﻬﺪاري (1 اﻳﻦ ﺳﻨﺴﻮر ﻣﻴﺘﻮاﻧﺪ دوﺑﺎره ﺑﻪ ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ ﻛﺎﻟﻴﺒﺮه ﺷﺪه اول ﺑﺎز ﮔﺮدد، ﺻﻮرت ﻛﺎرﻛﺮد در ﻣﺤﻴﻂ ﻫﺎﻳﻲ ﺑﺎ ﺷﺮاﻳﻄﻲ ﺳﺨﺖ ﺗﺮ از ﻣﺸﺨﺼﺎت ﻧﺎﻣﻲ .
