THE DYNO CHART
An invaluable tool in performance modification, dyno charts can directly compare, in visual terms, the performance
characteristics of a stock configuration with those of a modified configuration — which can help you decide if a
particular set-up will generate the power gains you’re after. The horizontal, or “x,” axis indicates engine speed in RPM.
The left vertical, or “y,” axis shows the amount of torque generated in foot-pounds, while the right y-axis indicates
the horsepower produced. There are four curves in all — one for stock torque, one for modified torque, one for stock
horsepower and one for modified horsepower. Each curve can tell you how a configuration performs in a specific RPM
range. And it can also tell you where the effects really kick in and where they begin to flatten out.

EFI MODELS – 110 CUBIC INCHES*
Bring your Twin Cam motorcycle up to the same displacement and power output as the CVO Screamin’ Eagle® models – a gigantic 1800cc’s. This street legal kit combines
all the proven components of the CVO Screamin’ Eagle
models – the 4" big-bore forged pistons and cylinders,
SE-255 camshafts, and cylinder heads with automatic
compression release. The Screamin’ Eagle cylinder heads
and forged piston combination offers a 9.3:1 compression
ratio for easy starting. The cylinder heads also prominently
feature the “Screamin’ Eagle” script. Kits includes all
required gaskets (except primary cover and transmission
interface gasket) and hardware to complete the installation.
Installation requires case boring. Professional installation recommended. Separate purchase of cam spacers is
required. See service manual for proper procedure and cam
spacer part numbers. Requires separate purchase of appropriate Automatic Compression Release Wiring Harness.
Model year ’07 kits are 50-state street legal and model
year ’08 kits are 49 state legal (not legal in California) when
installed with catalyst mufflers, included in kit. Model year
’08 California kits are street legal on California pollution
controlled vehicles when used with Original Equipment
California market mufflers. Availability of California 110"

AIR CLEANER KIT*
This high-flow forward facing exposed element Air Cleaner
Kit is sure to turn heads at the starting line. Featuring a
polished and chrome-plated elbow, this unique Air Cleaner
system offers improved performance and air flow when
compared to the stock or Screamin’ Eagle High Flow air
cleaner. The washable and re-chargeable filter features a
bright chrome end cap with a laser-engraved Screamin’
Eagle logo. Intake tube and back plate are made from die
cast lightweight aluminum, and are polished and chromeplated for a brilliant finish. The back plate features integral
breathers and sealed breather bolt plug. Kit includes
a water repellent rain sock and all mounting hardware.

insert and catalyst mufflers when required. Cam Spacer

assortment of 5 different spacers to achieve proper sprocket
alignment. Individual spacers can be purchased separately.
The highlighted Screamin’ Eagle 103 cylinder heads and
cast piston combination offers a 9:1 compression ratio for
easy starting. The cylinder heads also prominently feature
the “Screamin’ Eagle 103” script. Kit includes all required
gaskets (except primary cover) and hardware to complete
the installation. All models require ECM calibration* (priced
separately).

AND BREATHER KITS*
The die-cast back plate and high-flow “state-of-the-art”
synthetic media washable air filter provide large volumes
of clean, stable air to the engine. The crankcase breather
system utilizes individual breather hoses that direct the
breather gases into the mouth of the carburetor, or EFI
induction module, to minimize excess oil in the system. Kit
includes all required hardware and installation instructions.
All EFI-equipped models require ECM calibration* (priced

This high-flow forward facing exposed element Air Cleaner
Kit is sure to turn heads at the starting line. Featuring a

cleaner. The washable and rechargeable filter features a

EFI RACE TUNER
This race-use only software package is a great product for
making tuning adjustments to your fuel-injected HarleyDavidson® racer and has much greater capabilities than
most competitive EFI tuning products. The EFI Race Tuner
software is divided into two modes. Tuning Mode, which
allows you to tune certain variables of the EFI system,
and Data Mode, which can record and display real-time
vehicle data. It can then graphically represent the tuning
changes that have been made. This is exactly what racers
of EFI-equipped Harley-Davidson motorcycles have been
asking for…a way to tune their vehicle for ever-changing
track conditions and performance product combinations.
Data Mode can even produce horsepower and torque
charts based upon the recorded data from your last run
down the drag strip. The software is capable of monitoring
up to 28 variables, and with such sophistication, it is the
ultimate tool for tuning and gaining that edge on the track.
Performance is the key and this product comes complete
with many race-use Screamin’ Eagle calibrations, which
may be downloaded and tuned to maximize the horsepower
and torque of your EFI racer. The complete kit includes the
tuning software on a CD and a communications interface
that electronically locks to the ECM. The required cables
to connect to a PC and the vehicle are sold separately.
The software also contains an electronic User’s Manual
that explains the Harley-Davidson EFI system and the EFI
Race Tuner’s capabilities. This manual can be referred to as
you are tuning on the track or in the pits. Installation and
effective tuning requires a high degree of skill and therefore
dealer installation is required. Minimum PC requirements
are Windows 98, CD ROM drive, serial port, 32 MB
RAM, and 10 MB hard drive space. Not compatible with
Windows Vista operating system. For race application only.

Tune the fuel flow on your EFI bike. The tuner can electronically add fuel in much the same manner as increasing
jet size on a carbureted system. It allows for quick tuning
for the addition of less restrictive, free flowing intake and
exhaust systems. The Fueler offers “bands” of adjustment
that take into account operating ranges, such as idle, acceleration, and steady speed. The Fueler is a self-contained
unit that requires no computer interface. Adjustments are
made by setting fuel, RPM and accelerator pump potentiometers, with changes monitored on LED indicators. Race
Fueler can be adjusted to add additional fuel for ’96-’04
models, and add or subtract fuel on ’05-later models. The
compact unit is designed for “plug-in” installation and
remains on the bike for convenient tuning. Tuner affects
fuel delivery only and cannot change rev limit or spark
