The TerraCam X2 provides outstanding technology in a very solidly built housing. The timeless
design is an ideal complement to every computer workstation. Technically speaking, the
TerraCam X2 sets new standards. The 1.3 megapixel camera allows resolutions of up to
1280x1024 (video and snapshot).
Connect and get going
Unlike other webcams, the TerraCam X2 does not need any other drivers. Just connect it to an
available USB 2.0 port, and you are ready to get in touch with your friends and buddies using
your messenger software or take part in a videoconference. With its high transmission rate, the
integrated microphone guarantees high voice quality and clarity. The holder, which can be
locked in place, keeps the camera stable and ensures shake-free images.
With the provided WebCam Companion software from ArcSoft, it is easy to create and edit
snapshots and video clips. You can even use the TerraCam X2 as a security camera. As soon as
it detects any movement, WebCam Companion automatically starts recording and notifies you
via SMS or e-mail.
These and even more functions, such as capturing still images and editing videos, make the
TerraCam X2 and WebCam Companion a fantastic team for audiovisual communication on your
computer.
