Zip-21 Card Cutter
The Zip-21 Card Cutter is a unique machine, capable of cutting up to 9,480 business cards
per hour. What’s more, its flexibility allows you to cut print-on-demand business cards,
postcards, greeting cards and more. It’s a real workhorse, requires very little training and
has a small footprint.

TabCutter range
Fuji Xerox Document Supplies sells over
14 million tabs a year, from Colotech Series
and Pre-Printed through to the standard
150 and 200gsm tabs, over 350 different
types for direct printer throughput and
hand insertion into documents. However,
there is still a need to produce non-standard
tabs. With the new range of tab cutting
equipment you can tab cut into bound
documents to produce ‘waterfall’ style tabs,
or produce tabs in Island or Run Out style
on demand.
TabCutter 7 Electronic, For Bound or unbound Documents
For bound documents or unbound sheets, this unit will cut from 2 to 31 tabs in preset
increments by simply programming a 210mm or 297mm edge, selecting the number of
tabs you need and tab cutting using the foot pedal. The cutting head automatically follows
you through to the last tab and then resets itself to the start again. Island or runout style
tabs, up to 350gsm and 40 sheets* per cut. TabCutter 7 can also be used as a straight cut
guillotine and has the ability to cut down from SRA3** if needed.
TabCutter 6 Electronic, For Loose leaf tabs
This unit cuts unbound documents into 2 through to 31 tabs. Simply set the device to
tabcut on the 210mm or 297mm edge, set the number of tabs you need and tab cut
using the foot pedal. Island tabs or runout, up to 40 sheets* per cut. The cutting head
automatically follows you through to the last tab and then resets itself to the start again.
Island or runout style tabs, up to 350gsm and 40 sheets per cut. TabCutter 6 can also be
used as a straight cut guillotine and has the ability to cut down from SRA3** if needed.
ThumbTabCutter
This device cuts a thumb tab arc indentation along the edge of a bound document.
The ThumbTabCutter cuts a 10mm arc into the side of the bound document ready for the
users to ‘thumb’ through. This device bought into Australia to fulfill customer orders.

TabCutter 5 Electronic Backstop
Semi automatic with a pre-set short edge backstop that cuts 2 to 31 tabbed sets. Simply
program either the 297 or the 210mm edge, select the number of tabs you need and the
backstop moves with you as you drop the blade. Set the tab selector to ‘0’ to use the blade
as a straight guillotine. You can also cut your SRA3** full bleed stock down to island or
runout style Tabs. Takes up to 15 sheets* per cut.
TabCutter 5
TabCutter 3 Manual Backstop
Produce from 2 to 12 island or run out style tabs by manually moving the short edge
backstop in pre-set positions and dropping the guillotine blade. Also has a straight guillotine
feature. Takes up to 15 sheets* per cut.
Diary Corner Puncher
Enables the punching of 1 to 1.5mm holes in the extreme corner of bound documents
that can then be neatly torn away as each page is used.

Jastek 3100 Cartridge Rotary Trimmer
Ideal for office, craft and school usage. This revolutionary trimmer offers patented cartridge
cutting technology. This technology sees the cutting blade only exposed when the head is
pressed, making the unit extremely safe and easy to use. Automatic clamping system and
includes straight, wave and perforating cut blades with storage compartment.
Jastek 3315/4612 Rotary Trimmers
Jastek rotary trimmers are available in either A4 3315 model or A3 4612 model. These
ergonomic trimmers offer a solid metal cutting table. Ideal for the office or school
environment, these units have a clear clamping mechanism, paper guides, and cutting ruler.
Neolt 65, Neolt 80, Neolt 100 Rotary Trimmers
Desktop manual cutter with cutting unit and rotating blade. The working plane is a powder
paint coated steel sheet, with a grid to ease the cutting in different formats and reference

The BM 61 Booklet Maker allows for more production booklets, a step up from the
BM 60 (shown above). This has the option to purchase the machine and upgrade to attach
10 bin collator or feeder. Reliable, extremely operator friendly and it has a small footprint.
The BM 61 can also be handfed for one off booklets.
Plockmatic 104 Squarefold
The Plockmatic 104 Squarefold module can be used as a stand alone unit or be added
to the BM 60 Binder. This enhances the booklet quality radically and gives that flat
professional magazine look. Squarefolding is now becoming standard in the industry and
the SQF 104 provides a low cost finishing alternative for the smaller digital print shop willing
to expand the business.
Plockmatic System 40, 70 and 100
The system 40 integrates collating and booklet making. It combines the 510 series collator/
feeder hybrid (shown on page 130) with the BM 61 booklet maker.
The system 70 integrates booklet making and square folding. It combines the BM 61
booklet maker and 104 Squarefold module.

Front edge trimming is a must for booklets with more than 3-4 sheets. The FTR 2000 is
despite its small foot print, equipped with a large trim scrap bin and air jets make sure
trim scrap is separated from the books. Automatic set up through the BM 2000 operator

Plockmatic SQF 2000 Squarefolder
Adding the squarefolder gives you the same professional flat finish as a perfect bound book
but at a fraction of the price. Enhance the appearance with text printed on the spine and
get that magazine look. Faster, less expensive and without the negatives of glue binding
such as a long warm up time, odours, foot print. Automatic set up through the BM 2000

Colobind Covers – Bindomatic
The Xerox Colobind Cover is a printable glossy cover, used to create a perfectly bound
document using a thermal binding machine. The cover is made of Colotech Supergloss
210gsm and has been pre-scored to form the spine. The size of the cover when closed is A4.
Xerox Colobind Covers are available in a mixed box (003R98027) containing different spine
sizes allowing binding of up to 5 different sized documents to a maximum of 120 pages.

Docutech Binder Tapes and Tapes for the Xerox Tape Binder
Xerox Binder Tapes allow you to take
advantage of the binding features in-built
on many Xerox machines. Binder Tape gives
equipment like the Xerox Docutech series
the ability to automatically bind up to 125
pages in four colours.
The Xerox Tape Binder (XTB) is a new
finisher unit sold primarily with the Nuvera
Series of Xerox laser printer. Tapes for the
XTB are in pre-cut strips of five packs of 100
tapes per box. Other colours (red) may be
introduced as the popularity of this device
increases.
