Our „mounting adapter above instruments“ lets you
keep your GPS device or road book firmly in view.
No more looking down or distractions to the side your eyes are always pointed at the road.
The mounting plate attaches neatly to the existing
mounting points behind the windscreen on the Tiger.
No drilling or laborious modifications required!
Nearly all Touratech GPS mounts can be easily fitted
to the mounting adapter‘s 12 mm centre strut.

Spoiler for Windscreen Triumph Tiger Explorer
This spoiler unit is simply clamped to your windscreen. Wind protection can be improved
considerably, and the noise level can be minimised when riding at relatively high speeds. If you
should then decide to ride off road, the spoiler can be unmounted easily with the clamp
mechanism and packed away. Thus, the disadvantage or risk of injury when riding off road
is considerably lower than when riding with a
higher windscreen. No tools are required for
mounting; everything can be performed at the
bat of an eye.

The high-quality mechanics can be secured with a
lock. This makes quick unmounting or theft considerably more difficult.
If you should then decide to ride off road, the spoiler
can be unmounted easily with the clamp mechanism
and packed away. Thus, the disadvantage or risk of
injury when riding off road is considerably lower than
when riding with a higher windscreen. No tools are
required for mounting; everything can be performed
at the bat of an eye.

Touratech’s auxiliary fog light for the Triumph Tiger Explorer looks the same as the Xenon
headlight and dramatically improves your safety in rain, fog and snow.
The high-output lamp delivers a bright piercing light that also helps illuminate the sides of

Stainless Steel Headlight Protector

Touratech’s stainless steel headlight protector effectively prevents larger stones from damaging
the headlight lens. The latticework creates a rugged off-road look and considerably modifies
the bike’s appearance. As well as being a practical product made from laser-cut black stainless

Makrolon Headlight Protector with

Especially on gravel roads, headlights are always at
risk of being damaged by stones thrown up by the
vehicle in front. Touratech’s headlight protector for
the Triumph Tiger Explorer is made from Makrolon.
It effectively protects the fragile lens glass against
stones, it’s resilient – in fact, practically indestructible
and if it does somehow break it won’t shatter. The
headlight protector is also virtually invisible, so it
doesn’t affect the bike’s appearance. Another great
feature is the quick release fastener that lets you
easily clip on the headlight protector and detach it
again as needed. And of course the protector comes
with everything you need to fit it.

Comfort Seat for

Noticeable improvement all round!
The standard seat on the Tiger Explorer has great potential for improvement, both for the rider
and pillion passenger.
Not only have we modified the shape, hardness and incline of the foam, we also use a bi-elastic,
sweat-resistant, non-slip cover material with sealed seams. On the Tiger Explorer it was particularly important to provide thicker foam for the thinly padded pillion seat, to improve comfort on
longer journeys.

Side Stand Switch Protector,

The side stand switch on the Tiger Explorer is
completely unprotected in a seriously vulnerable
position where larger stones or ruts can cause direct damage. This is an extremely annoying shortcoming on difficult terrain, as the switch needs to
be bypassed. It’s only when the side stand switch
stops working and the bike refuses to start that
you realise just how important this component is!
Touratech’s protector for the side stand switch on
the Tiger Explorer is a resilient guard made from
high-grade stainless steel that effectively prevents
damage to the switch so it won’t stop you in your

Oil Filler Cap with Special Tool
Triumph Tiger Explorer
Touratech’s quality oil filler cap for the Triumph Tiger
Explorer is milled from aluminium and replaces the
plastic oil filler cap. The Touratech oil cap needs a
special tool (supplied) to open it. You can also use the
tool as a key fob and bottle opener. The tool - which
comes with the cap - secures the filler cap against unauthorised access, and means the cap can be opened
without fiddling or burning your fingers.

On a long trip it can easily happen: just a minor fall or bump, and your tank and fairing are damaged.
Touratech’s stainless steel fairing crash bar for the Triumph Tiger Explorer protects the plastic fairing
around the radiator and frame. If the bike falls over, the crash bar will support it – so those expensive
plastic parts will not get scratched or broken. In fact, the crash bar can take a serious beating. As well as
being functional, the electropolished stainless steel is a real eye-catcher. It fits in with the frame design

Finally - a way to relax your legs on long journeys! These motorway pegs are additional folding foot

Radiator Guard, Trimph Tiger Explorer
The radiator on the Explorer’s 3-cylinder engine is
pretty large, making it susceptible to dirt and stone
impacts. As the original plastic radiator guard provides only limited protection on rough gravel roads,
we recommend replacing it with an aluminium radiator guard. Touratech’s radiator guard for the Tiger
Explorer offers impeccable protection against stones,
optimises airflow and is made from black anodised
laser-cut aluminium that unobtrusively blends in
with the bike’s overall appearance. It attaches at
the existing attachment points. The radiator cover
can cause the engine to overheat under extreme
conditions with high outside temperatures and an
extreme engine load.

The Touratech Suspension ACE system responds at
lightning speed to extreme forces such as emergency
braking and powerful acceleration. When the bike

Triumph Tiger Explorer
The original mudguard on the Triumph Tiger Explorer is positioned very close to the front wheel. If you
use TKC 80 or other similar enduro tyres, the gap
gets even smaller. Then you’ll find that even small
patches of mud are a problem – the mud builds up
and the front wheel could lock. Touratech’s riser for
the original mudguard on the Triumph Tiger Explorer
is really easy to fit. A stainless steel adapter goes
between the tyre and the mudguard, increasing the
clearance by 15 mm. You continue using the original
mudguard without any modifications. The higher
mudguard gives the bike a stylish off-road look and
prevents the front wheel locking up.

Number Plate Splash Guard

This black anodised splash guard is mounted behind
the number plate bracket and extends it both downwards and towards the rear of the bike. It therefore
effectively prevents dirt and other debris from soiling
or damaging your seat, clothing, or luggage.
The aluminium splash guard also stabilises the

The aluminium pannier system again has a very robust construction. We have tried to bring the pannier
racks and the panniers as close as possible to the motorcycle. Numerous tests have already been performed in order to ensure that the entire development satisfies the required demands.
The rack is made of 18 mm steel tubing and is attached to existing mounting points using special fixing
ZEGA MUNDO
clips and reinforcing pieces.
