The goal was to create a fully funcEoning universal audio device that is used by both hearing and hard-‐of-‐hearing consumers that blends the line between hearing aids and other technologies such as Bluetooth communicaEon, music streaming and easy charging opEons Audio Accessory Diagram & Assembly battery enclosure Interface with standard ear tube and ear molds round enclosure transfer module Audio Accessory Diagram & Assembly Microphones 5 way Toggle Button Micro-USB for transfer module connection Pin connection for transfer module for stability Placing the Device in Your Ear Your hearing aid comes with clear tubing that connects from the ear hook to your ear canal. Also, there are various sizes of ear plugs designed to fit most adult ears. • ALach the long porEon of the clear tubing to the Ep of the ear hook. • Ensure the ear bud porEon of the Ep points INTO THE EAR CANAL. Turning the Device On and AdjusEng Volume and Profile SeHngs 5 Toggle Switch: up = volume up down = volume down right = profile up left = profile down in = power on/off Charging BaLery Tube for wires Micro USB input The audio accessory uses size 675 zinc-‐air baLeries. Please note the expiraEon date on the baLery. Also, do not leave exhausted baLeries in the device, as they may leak and damage the hearing aid. You will need to insert a new baLery to start using your hearing aid. Before inserEng a new baLery into the hearing aid, remember to remove the adhesive tab. Do not use baLeries on which there is a sEcky residue from the tab or other unwanted substance as this can block the baLery air holes. Plug the appropriate end of the USB cable into the charger or into the USB port of your computer. Plug the other end of the USB cable into the micro USB port on your device.
