Warranty service All KeepPower products enjoy a comprehensive after sale warranty service. KeepPower Li-ion battery chargers can be exchanged for replacements within 14 days from the date of purchase. After 14 days, all defective/malfunctioning KeepPower chargers will be repaired free of charge for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. KeepPower will provide free maintenance service but charge for replacement parts beyond 12 months. The warranty is nullified in any of the following situations: 1. The product(s) is/are broken down, reconstructed and/or modified under unauthorized conditions; 2. The product(s) is/are damaged through improper use; 3.
