Step 01：Dissemble original M4 hand guards, outer barrel, Delta ring, Step 04：Insert JP16(gas tube) into the hole on JP05(Gas Block) and
weld spring and retaining ring. Only leave “Barrel Nut.”

(Please consult experts. You may need M4/M16 wrench for quick and using socket set screw and pin to fix them together

Step 02 ： Install JP03(hand guard base) onto the rifle body.
Remember to line up the “gas tube” and “upper receiver” by turning
clockwise all the way down to the end and turning counter-clockwise
little bit to line up.,(If you can’t put JP03 onto upper receiver’s screws,
you may need to modify it by using one of our product: #DRM or
DRM-pro)
Step 05：Assemble JP06(compensators) on to front barrel JP15 and use
socket set screw to lock it, and use O-ring on the back end of JP15 as
washer. Then, assemble the whole set onto JP05 (Gas Block). Line up
and use socket set screw to lock it,

Step 03：Insert JP14 (rear barrel) into the hole on JP03(hand guard Step 06：Assemble JP12(hand guard) onto JP03(hand guard base) and

Step 07：Assemble JP13(upper rail) on the top of JP12(hand guard) by
screws. Assemble other rails JP07 (side rail long)/ JP09(side rail
