EuroSim MK 5 License Agreement Standard This is an individual user license agreement (hereinafter referred to as ‘License Agreement’) for the use of the EuroSim Software in the version mentioned below. To be able to run EuroSim, a license key is needed. A license key will be issued only upon receipt of a fully completed and signed License Agreement. Upon signature of this License Agreement, Licensee agrees to be bound by its terms and conditions. To this License Agreement the EuroSim Standard Terms & Conditions (issue August 2014) (hereinafter referred to as ‘ESTC’), that are attached to this License Agreement, do apply. However, the conditions of this License Agreement do prevail. Product Information The License Agreement concerns the following EuroSim Software: Product name: EuroSim Mk5.3 Product summary: The EuroSim Software allows the user, by means of an extensive set of Graphical User Interfaces and Application Programmer Interfaces to create, import and integrate models into an executable simulator. The generated simulator can then be used interactively or in batch mode to perform real simulations according to various prepared missions. EuroSim furthermore supports the recording and analysis of simulation data. The product consists of a number of executable binary files and binary object libraries, and is delivered as installable package according to the delivery method prescribed by the chosen operating system distribution. Product environment: The environment that is required to run EuroSim is outlined in the Owners Manual, for each platform. License Type and Period The EuroSim Software Desktop license is node locked, single user and soft real-time. The EuroSim Software Workstation license is node locked, single user and hard real-time. The EuroSim Software Server license is node locked and multi user. Hard real-time execution is limited to a single user at any time. The EuroSim Software Runtime license is node locked and single user. The Runtime license only allows for hard real-time execution of simulators that are built under a EuroSim Software Desktop, Workstation or Server license. The EuroSim Software license with a defined end date provides the user the requested EuroSim Software license for a limited period as specified in this License Agreement. Such license is always limited to use within the specified project and includes maintenance.
