t_ve_h323_ras_configuration_s structure, as defined in Appendix B.58.2 on Page 477. The
enumeration provides H.323 the method of discovering available gatekeepers. The
t_ve_h323_gatekeeper_discovery_e enumeration is defined in ve_h323_configuration.h
