into storage. Store your tarp in a dry area where it will not

LIMITED WARRANTY

Congratulations! You recently purchased the Navigloo boat shelter system. The Navigloo boat shelter system is a modular boat
protection system. The system includes a frame made of tubing, attachments, straps and a high-quality tarpaulin.
The Navigloo boat shelter frame is guaranteed against any manufacturing defects that could appear within three (3) years
following delivery to the purchaser, as long as the manufacturer is immediately informed.
The Navigloo tarpaulin is guaranteed against any manufacturing defects that could appear in the year (1) following delivery to the
purchaser, as long as the manufacturer is immediately informed. This warranty does not cover the discoloration of the tarpaulin
caused by the sun. No warranty applies with regards to the logo. Moreover, this warranty does not apply if modifications are made
to the product of origin. Example: To sew two Navigloo tarpaulins together.
Under this warranty, defective parts will be replaced for the purchaser by the manufacturer free of charge. This warranty
cannot be transferred and only applies to the original purchaser who has bought the Navigloo boat shelter system from the
manufacturer or an authorized dealer, as long as the product is assembled and set up in accordance with the manufacturer’s
instructions. The warranty does not cover faults or defects due to negligence, incorrect assembly, poor set-up or any
unintended use not specified in the assembly instructions.or in the aforementioned warning.
The dealer and manufacturer of the Navigloo boat shelter system shall not be held liable for any damage caused to the purchaser’s boat due to poor installation or due to damage to the product for which it cannot be considered liable nor even damage
caused by the tarpaulin, such as scratches to the watercraft or the engine as well as the discoloration of the tarpaulin and the
logos caused by the sun. Moreover, the purchaser will take additional precautionary measures considered necessary.
If the purchaser decides to avail himself of the warranty, he must not return the Navigloo boat shelter system to the
manufacturer or dealer, but instead immediately contact the manufacturer’s Customer Service Department with sales receipt
as proof of purchase and pictures at 1-888-NAVIGLOO (1-888-628-4456) or at 514 376-4456.

Félicitations! Vous venez de faire l’acquisition de Navigloo, le système d’abri-bateau par excellence. Navigloo est un système
modulaire d’abri-bateau qui comprend les pièces nécessaires à l’assemblage de l’armature ainsi que la toile Navigloo.
L’armature est garantie contre tout défaut de fabrication susceptible d’apparaître durant les trois (3) années qui suivent la
livraison à l’acheteur et qui est immédiatement signalé au fabricant.
La toile Navigloo est garantie contre tout défaut de fabrication susceptible d’apparaître durant l’année (1) qui suit la livraison à
l’acheteur et qui est immédiatement signalé au fabricant. Cette garantie ne couvre pas la décoloration de la toile causée par le
soleil. Aucune garantie ne s’applique en ce qui a trait aux logos. De plus, cette garantie ne s’applique pas si des modifications
sont apportées au produit d’origine. Exemple: Coudre deux toiles Navigloo ensemble.
En vertu de cette garantie, les pièces défectueuses sont remplacées par le fabricant sans frais pour l’acheteur. Cette garantie
ne peut être cédée et ne bénéficie qu’à l’acquéreur d’origine qui aura acheté Navigloo du fabricant ou d’un commerçant agréé
par ce dernier, à condition que le produit soit assemblé et installé conformément aux instructions du fabricant. La garantie ne
couvre par les défauts ou défectuosités causés par la négligence, un mauvais assemblage, une installation déficiente ou tout
usage non prescrit dans les directives d’assemblage, du fabricant, décrites dans l’avis important et le mode d’emploi. Exemple:
L’utilisateur doit protéger adéquatement toute surface fragile où seront déposées les bases.
Le vendeur et le fabricant du système d’abri-bateau Navigloo ne sont pas responsables des bris causés à l’embarcation de
l’acheteur à la suite d’une mauvaise installation ou d’un bris du produit dont ils ne peuvent être considérés responsables ni
même des dommages causés par la toile, tels que les égratignures sur l’embarcation ou le moteur ainsi que la décoloration de
la toile et des logos causée par le soleil. De plus, l’utilisateur devra prendre toute autre précaution qu’il jugera nécessaire.
Si l’acheteur décide de faire valoir la garantie, il ne doit pas retourner le système d’abri-bateau Navigloo au fabricant ni à son
vendeur, mais contacter immédiatement le service à la clientèle du fabricant en fournissant la preuve d’achat et des photos à
