A simple, fast and efficient tool for searching for, identifying and selecting the best-suited candidates.

Search in the CV database

Define the parameters of the profile search by
selecting criteria such as occupation, licence,
mobility or language, using the “add” button.
An initial selection of profiles will appear in the
page content.

available for the search: you can consult the
search tips or use the search assistant.

Reminder of selected criteria.
2 You can also refine your search by adding new
parameters, record or reset it by deleting all the
criteria.

4 There is no limit to the number of searches
recorded. You can save your results either as
a “new search” by giving it a specific name, or
by updating an existing search by selecting a
specific file.

You can also choose the CVMailer option, which
enables you to identify talented candidates
immediately. CVMailer is a true monitoring
tool. It will alert you whenever a new CV that
meets your criteria is recorded in the jobup.ch
CV database.

By opening one of the profiles on the list of CVs,
you access detailed information on the candidate.

once on the candidate’s name and his/her CV
will be displayed in the middle of the page.

5 With this toolbar, you can contact the candidate,
save his/her profile, print his/her CV or transfer
it to the person of your choice.
6 When you transfer the profile, a window gives
you the option of attaching the candidate’s CV
to your message in PDF and/or Word format
as well as any other document available.

When a candidate chooses to remain anonymous,
the profile appears without the photo, contact details
or name of the companies for which he/she works
or has worked.

Anonymous profiles
Contact the candidate directly to ask him/her
to show the full profile via a personal message.
2 Once the candidate agrees to your request, you
will be informed by email. The full profile is then
displayed and you will have access to all the
candidate’s information in the jobup.ch CV
database.

3 By clicking the button “anonymous profile”, you
can follow the status of your requests: accepted,
