07/05-W97-Sel Operating instructions 473 451 Object holder (473 451) 1 2 3 4 5 6 1 Description 1 2 3 4 5 6 4 Holder arm Thumbscrew Threaded column Projection with threaded hole Holder plate with threaded hole Handle Operation The object holder allow to mount objects for experiments on the base plate for laser optics (473 40). 2 Accessories For the use of the base plate for laser optics is also required: 1 optics base 473 421 3 h2 Technical data Mounting height h1: Maximum clamping height h2: 57-67 mm approx. 50 mm Plate area: 57 mm × 60 mm Projection: 23 mm × 12 mm Handle: Ø 12 mm × 36 mm h1 h1 – Screw the column in the threaded hole in the holder plate or in the threaded hole in the projection. – Attach the object holder at the desired set-up height into an optics base (473 421). – Clamp the object and screw tight the thumbscrew on the holder arm.
