ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:

FOR RETURN SHIPPING PURPOSES:
PLEASE RETAIN ORIGINAL
PACKAGING TO MINIMIZE DAMAGE.
1. Place the base (A) on a level surface.
2. Attach the socket assembly (E) to the
shade (G) by resting the horizontal bar (D)
on the shade bracket (F).
3. Place socket assembly on base (A) and
tighten with washer (B) and screw (C).
4. Insert bulb into socket.
Recommended (1) maximum 60WATT Type “A” Bulb
Or maximum (1) 13Watt CFL Bulb
(Bulb not included)
Cleaning of your lamp.
Unplug lamp, wipe with a damp cloth.
Do not use abrasives

1. Ponga la base (A) en una superficie llana.
2. Coloque la asamblea de la portalámpara (E) a la
pantalla (G) colocando en la barra horizontal (D) en
el soporte de la pantalla (F).
3. Coloque la asamblea de la portalámpara sobre la base
(A) y apriete con la arandela (B) y el tornillo (C).
4. Inserte bulbo en el zócalo.
Usar máximo (1) 60 vatios, tipo “A” Bulbo
O máximo (1) bombilla de CFL de 13 vatios
(Bulbo no incluido)
Limpieza de lampara
Desenchufe la lámpara, limpiar con un trapo húmedo.
No utilice los abrasivos.
