ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:

FOR RETURN SHIPPING PURPOSES:
PLEASE RETAIN ORIGINAL PACKAGING
TO MINIMIZE DAMAGE.
1. Place the lamp base on a level surface.
2. Place spacer (B) over body (A) and screw the
socket assembly (C) into the base. Pull balance of
cord from base to tighten excess.
3. Screw threaded rod (D) into the socket assembly (C)
and place spacer (E) over threaded rod
4. Place washer (F) onto threaded rod.
5. Place shade (G) over threaded rod and secure
shade in place using finial (H).
6. Insert bulbs into bulb socket.
Uses (2) Maximum 60WATT Type “A” Bulbs or (2) 13Watt CFL Bulbs
(Bulbs not included)
Cleaning of your lamp
Unplug lamp, wipe with damp cloth.
Do not use abrasives.

INSTRUCIONES DE ASAMBLEA:

CONSERVE EL IMPAQUETADO ORIGINAL
PARA REDUCIR DAÑOS MINIMO.
1. Ponga la base en una superficie llana.
2. Coloque el espaciador (B) sobre la base (A) y atornille la
asamblea de bombilla (C) en la base. Jale el balance de la
cuerda de la base para apretar exceso.
3. Atornille la tuerca roscada (D) en la asamblea de
bombilla (C) y coloque el espaciador (E) sobre la tuerca
roscada.
4. Coloque la arandela (F) sobre la tuerca roscada.
5. Coloque la pantalla (G) sobre la tuerca roscada y segure
la pantalla en su lugar usando el remate (H).
6. Inserte bulbos en el zócalo.
Usar maximo (2) 60 vatios tipo “A” bombillas o (2) 13 vatios bombillas de CFL
(Bombillas no incluidas)
Limpieza de lampara
Desenchufe la lámpara, limpiar con un trapo húmedo.
No utilice los abrasivos.
