Read entire instruction sheet before you start installation and assembly. 150 lb (68.2 kg) WARNING • Installer must verify that the wall and mounting hardware (to be provided by installer) can safely support the combined weight of the attached TV Bracket, accessories, and electronic equipment (TV, VCR, etc.). • This Back-Up Wall Plate is intended for use only with TV Brackets designed and manufactured by Peerless. Screws for attachment of TV Bracket to Back-Up Wall Plate are not included. Screws for attachment of Back-up Wall Plate to wall must be provided by installer. Parts List This Back-up Wall Plate is for attachment to concrete block or cinder block Description A Part Number Qty. back-up wall plate 120-1028 1 Drills 5/16" dia. hole all the way thru concrete or cinder bock. Then attach support arm (not provided) to wall using back-up wall plate (A) and fasteners (not provided). Note: See instructions of wall arm for recommended mounting locations.
